Super cute health food store & deli thats been open since 1995. I love a good sandwich with fresh sprouts - and the sandwich here was delicious, fresh and was exactly what I love. The smoothies were yummy. We both really liked the tropical sunrise smoothie. The person that helped us was the owner I believe. He was very nice and happy to give supplement recommendations & info. They also have burgers, salads, wraps, soup, chili, coffee and teas. Will definitely be back to try other menu items.

i'm really here to talk about the breakfast burrito - if you want a super delicious, strangely healthy, very affordable breakfast burrito that you can customize the heck out of, this is 100% the spot.side note: the peanut butter smoothie is amazing.also the owners are super nice and you can get lots of dope vitamins and supplements and stuff.
I was looking for a smoothie that wasn't just added sugar and this definitely hit the spot. I got the almond strawberry banana smoothie and loved it. Just almond milk, strawberries, and bananas with no added juice or dairy. 7.95 for the 24 oz which is cheaper than most smoothie places these days. It's a humble looking spot, but is totally worth trying. Workers were kind and my drink came out in a reasonable amount of time. I look forward to trying other menu items.

The owners are so kind. I have visited in the past, but recently I have gone almost every morning. I get the hummus sandwich on a multigrain bagel and it is absolutely delicious. I also get the almond date smoothie sometimes which is really good as well. Since going there regularly, I have also been able to try various supplements and vitamins and other vegan products that they have in their store. Give it a try. I is a hidden gem in SD for natural healthy eats!
