Sat @ 2-top near bar, waitress Maribel was personable and very fast at taking our order and delivering beverages. Food came out fast. Had 2 open faced-breakfast sandwiches. Eggs cooked perfect. Ham was thick sliced. Plenty of tater tots with ketchup bottle already on the table. Coffee with real cream was good. Yes it's pricey but what airport food isn't. I wanted breakfast at the airport that was not fast food. As I had an early flight, I got there basically as they were opening the gate. 2 staff that I encountered were super friendly. Breakfast menu has limited options, but I went with the French toast. It was ok. Plenty of bar or table seating.

Airport bars have their ebbs and flows with lots of folks storming in or leaving at the same time. Prado was pretty busy when we got there, and I could definitely see sparks of impatience & irritability. Unlike some of his coworkers, Wes was fabulous, patient and amazing. Thank you for being your best and even cracking a smile under immense pressure! We noticed, we remember, and we appreciate you. :o)
