The person in front of me ordered a loaded quesadilla and the worker immediately warned them that they did not have any meats other than steak and brisket. I asked if they had veggies for a veggie burrito and he looked around and said... no I don't think so.I'm pretty sure he was the only person working there, since it took a few minutes for anyone to come out of the kitchen and show up at the counter. He was nice, but the food that was sitting in the pans looked like it had been there for a while.Maybe it was an off day.. but not recommended.

Not sure if the two women working were just having a bad day or really just hate their job. Very rude experience. They were extremely unhelpful and could have cared less about food allergies for my wife. I don't normally post pics of workers- sadly it needed to be recognized whom I'm speaking about as it was that bad. You are in an airport, people either arriving or flying out- the last thing they need is a rude worker when trying to get some food. Now I'm sure they get angry customers, not saying that doesn't happen. However, when charging $16+ for some sub par excuse for Mexican food.... In an airport....in a food court.... Maybe people should look at other places.

Asked the TSA dude for advice for a lunch he said hands down QDOBA. His recommendation did not disappoint. I got a bowl with brisket. Definitely delicious and convenient.

On Jan.21,2024 at 11:30 pm I decided to get some food before my flight along with my daughter and colleague. We both decided on Mexican. Our experience at this restaurant with a staff member was just horrendous. The young man who was serving was incredibly rude to both of us. For my order, he was serving both my daughter and I. He made a mistake and put sauce on mine when I had it said it was the one for my daughter, and he knew that as we were very specific. When I tried to gently point it out, he raised his voice and said ' well what do you want to do' , I asked he could try to scoop the top portion with sauce off, he then proceeded to THROW THE PLATE across the room to the garbage and then literally throwing the food on my plate as well. He was hostile and so rude in the interaction. My timid and soft spoken colleague had a similar experience of disrespect when making her order. We were both shocked at this behaviour and hope it will be addressed ASAP. This young man should not be in this line of work until he has some serious customer service training.

Management needs to staff better. Long line, 1 person preparing orders and cashing out. This is in an airport. People don’t usually have :30 to wait inline. Worker was trying to do his best, but just can’t keep up. Saw several people step in line only to be frustrated and then leave.

Worst staff ever met as far as QDOBA is concerned. Very rude and had lot of attitude. These kind of workers are not fit in the hospitality industry. Giving a look at me as if we are eating for free. Strongly recommend the staff to undergo some hospitality training. Worst experience

The food is not like outside the airport. The Qdoba in mission valley is amazing 10/10 best competitor to Chipotle, but inside the airport is just horrible!! It's like they didn't train anybody on how to cook. The rice is tasteless the beans are under seasoned. They give you less food than when you order Qdoba outside the airport and they don't have all the toppings you can get outside. Pretty disappointed. Fortunately, we stil have mission valley to go to, but if inside the airport order anything else. Also teach the staff to cook !! They're very lovely ladies but they don't know how to cook the Qdoba way

Overall not terrible. White rice tasted plain with just chunks of bland cilantro. Chicken was rubbery and odd texture. Charged an extra $3.50 for the veggies (I don’t think I’ve ever been charged at another location) -and they were massive pieces of undercooked bell pepper. Cooks need serious training and to relook at the recipes. Good size portions though and nice staff. Wasn’t worth the $20

Absolute disgrace to QDOBA! I was so excited to have QDOBA one more time before going home, but this location had no white rice or brown rice! Continuing with the food quality, there was little steak and chicken left in each serving dish both of which looked distasteful. Beyond that, there was only one employee managing the food, the orders, and checkout. Horrible experience, I would not go to this location unless QDOBA fixes these issues.

Typical Qdoba inside the SAN airport. I was looking for a hot breakfast and ended up with a potato bowl (loaded with guac and other toppings) with a side of black beans for some protein. It was mediocre at best, but my expectations weren't high. I was just grateful to have a warm vegan breakfast inside the airport. There are other veg options early in the morning inside this terminal, but I have found them to be even more bland or boring, making Qdoba a decent choice.

Sad that this is the best Mexican food I had in the three weeks in California. The steak actually had some flavor to it. It is a chain and not glorious but it is consistently good quality and good tasting.
