Chips tasted like they're being fried in really old oil. My burrito was ok, they keep raising their prices though so it just isn't worth it anymore.

They can’t wrap burritos to save their life. I ordered twice through the mobile app, and the burrito fell apart. Not only that, the burrito was super cold and soggy. Seems like they microwave their food. Idk man.

Amazing service! Best I've had in a Rubios. There was a friendly cashier named Arav who greeted me with a smile and big energy. Great food, also. After taking the first bite, I was amazed at how well the food was cooked. After tasting the food, I had to ask for the chef's name. His name was Vincent Dinh. The restaurant also had a great setting, filled with bright colors and comfy seats.

I took my grandson to Ribios on Scripps Poway Parkway yesterday for lunch.Our meal was wonder as you would expect.However what happened afterwards shows the quality and character of their employees.It had been an trying day, things seemed to be going from bad to worse. I left my purse at the table when we left. I didn't notice for approximately 30 minutes layer what I had done. I called Rubios and they had it. Everything in tack.The manager, Jackie, went out of her way to make sure I got my purse back.I can't say enough gratitude to the employees. Thank you again.

Enjoyed a nice casual meal here on a Tuesday for taco Tuesday, boy was it lovely. I enjoyed the steak and one of the fish tacos, though I'm not sure which one it was as I had one of every taco. I'm big. Thomas was great, very friendly and efficient.

The rice in my burrito was so overcooked and mushy on two different occasions coming here. This last visit the food gave my family diarrhea. I don't think they do a good job preparing the food. I've been to other Rubio's that were way better than this location.
Very clean Rubios. Convenient for me when I go to gym classes in that area, so make sure I stop for some fish tacos on the way home. When they have special offers that I can see here on Yelp, they honor these (unlike other Rubios I have been). Pleasant customer service and no issues.

This chain has the most nastiest food! Nothing about it taste authentic or south of the border .. beans aren’t season correctly . Salsa terrible , chips are stale, churro was stale, & my tortilla was like dough - weirdest thing. Never had an UNDERCOOK tortilla or one that turned into dough. Price is

Would not recommend this location. There is always a quality issue. This time a value issue. Mira Mesa uses the appropriate take out containers. Scripps does not. They are putting salads in a small kid size looking container. Customers dining in get huge bowls still. Who made this change? I've heard several customers complain. Fill up the dressing containers. Half to match this pathetic salad for $12 bucks.

The Rubio at Scripps Ranch Poway Pky was really bad. I ordered a Classic Shrimp burrito. I was shocked to find out that there was no shrimp in my shrimp burrito.
