I took my grandson to Ribios on Scripps Poway Parkway yesterday for lunch.Our meal was wonder as you would expect.However what happened afterwards shows the quality and character of their employees.It had been an trying day, things seemed to be going from bad to worse. Enjoyed a nice casual meal here on a Tuesday for taco Tuesday, boy was it lovely. I enjoyed the steak and one of the fish tacos, though I'm not sure which one it was as I had one of every taco. I'm big. Thomas was great, very friendly and efficient.

Amazing service! Best I've had in a Rubios. There was a friendly cashier named Arav who greeted me with a smile and big energy. Great food, also. After taking the first bite, I was amazed at how well the food was cooked. After tasting the food, I had to ask for the chef's name. His name was Vincent Dinh. The restaurant also had a great setting, filled with bright colors and comfy seats.
