I had a wonderful experience at Salt and Straw. Elizabeth honored the “taste it all” policy and I was more than impressed by that! While she did question my milkshake flavor combinations, she still went above and beyond! I will definitely be coming back soon, specifically to order my delicious milkshake!

I love Salt & Straw, always have, so this review is way overdue! Their flavors are always exciting and unique, and SO good!!!. It’s always clean at One Paseo’s location and the line is never intimidating even though I know they stay busy. The employees are SO nice and let you sample until you know what you want. I also need to give a special shoutout to Freya. She was so sweet, made my whole group laugh, and totally took care of us. Thanks for ending our night on a sweet note, we can’t wait to come back!

So many cool varieties that rotate often. The line can be slow and long but the service is outstanding and I love being able to sample before committing. Awesome ice cream shop with some very high quality flavors. What makes salt and straw unique aside from this is the kind of service they provide- they literally let you sit there and try every single flavor on the menu since they dont serve everyone in order from the line; whatever server is free will grab the next group in line. We sampled maybe 5-10 flavors with Elizabth who explained each flavor like a wine sommelier, then got a flight of 4 scoops for 16$. Not sure why people have said the spot is too fancy; other than Elizabeth's awesome descriptions it didnt come across like that at all!

Rich ice cream with fun flavors and textures. They give tasters on tiny metal spoons that you return in a little spoon slide. A friendly server told us about her favorite flavors and explained the menu like how the split works. I'd just recommend 1. Better signage direction when you enter so new customers know where to get in line, 2. Maybe an area that tells the history behind the name, it's interesting, 3. Clearly have the name of the store inside the store.
Really delicious, unique flavors and nice staff. I like that you can try different flavors and they use reusable spoons. It’s very expensive for ice cream, but it tastes like high quality ingredients so it’s worth it for an occasional treat.
My husband and I have been coming to the salt and straw for years. It’s our favorite date night activity. The flavors are great and refreshing but the people who work there are even better! For example, Josh. He always gives excellent service, and makes us feel like we are welcome. Part of why we love coming to this particular location, is because we always have the chance to run into Josh when we get there. His professionalism and customer service goes above and beyond! P.S.he always has the best beanies on too!

We all went to North Italia for my brother's 43th birthday dinner. Everything was great but pizza of the day which included extra cheese and broccoli. The final bill, which was $491.16 dollars kind of high for a middle class people. $44.65 for each person.
