I am writing this specifically to compliment Freya! She was so incredibly sweet and willing to explain all the flavors and interesting quips about salt&straw! My friends and I took quite a bit of samples and she gave them to us with a smile! Thanks for your hard work and kindness in food service! It isn’t easy :)
Awesome ice cream shop with some very high quality flavors. What makes salt and straw unique aside from this is the kind of service they provide- they literally let you sit there and try every single flavor on the menu since they dont serve everyone in order from the line; whatever server is free will grab the next group in line. We sampled maybe 5-10 flavors with Elizabth who explained each flavor like a wine sommelier, then got a flight of 4 scoops for 16$. Not sure why people...read full review
