Ordered classic milk tea that’s usually good at other ShareTea locations. It tasted watered down and not milky. Drove farther to ST because it’s usually really good and other places usually have the milk tea that’s watery and feels like it contains lowfat milk instead of creamy milk.

The whole reason for getting milk tea is for the boba but the quality of this place is really bad. It was open at noon and I got there at 12:05 but the worker was tilting the tea pot over to get apparently what is left of the tea from the night before. And when I got my tea the boba was climb into a ball so I'm guessing that was old as well. Stay away from this place is you want fresh and good quality milk tea!

Stay away from this boba place on Convoy. They only have one employee working at all times. If you want to wait 30 min for a boba that's just ok, then this is your place.

Only come on the weekdays, not on the weekends. There is a woman who works alone on the weekends who makes the drinks soo bad. She puts 1/4 of the amount of boba that the other workers put, and she makes the tea watered down because she doesnt allow the tea to cool down before dumping it in ice. I told her I'd like a refund and she told me they don't do refunds? So she remade the drink and it was the exact same HORRIBLE watered down joke of a milk tea. I ended up just leaving because I could tell all the drinks she would make was not going to be good. So frustrating! Dont go when shes working! She works during the days on weekends.

Got me the Iced Match Red Bean Milk Tea! I appreciate how it's not in the most congested part of Convoy so easy in & out. The place was clean. There was only one person taking the order and making the drink but she was soooo sweet. It wasn't busy so I had my drink in no time

Hey, um I used to come here often, alone, and with my dudes.Today this cashier who works here gave me as worst experience ever as possible during my 8 year life in San Diego.Dude, manager, I don't know if you are the cashier, but I will not come back to Sharetea until you fire this guy. He wouldnt want to take our order. He threw the rags at the counter when I said hi we are ready to order as if he is anxious. and he 'bitched' around my gf for not adding a topping. I had to leave instantly so mad coz if not, I could have punched him in the face for real. Why would I want to spend money on the business who treat their customer literally s*** for no reason, a s*** -- literally I mean.I just can't understand why he had to do that to us and realize gosh he's so good at making other ppl so angry in that short amount of time, godly gift he has.Never spending money here again.Shame on you cashier.

Adjustable sweetness is selling point number 1. We love our milk tea, but want to save our calories for dessert! The Okinawa and Holkkaido are my personal faves, at half sweetness.

One of our favorite boba spots to hit up. The boba is always on point as well as the tea. The staff is very welcoming and also find this place as a good study spot if I were still in school! Place is clean and well presented.
