Only come on the weekdays, not on the weekends. There is a woman who works alone on the weekends who makes the drinks soo bad. She puts 1/4 of the amount of boba that the other workers put, and she makes the tea watered down because she doesnt allow the tea to cool down before dumping it in ice. I told her I'd like a refund and she told me they don't do refunds? So she remade the drink and it was the exact same HORRIBLE watered down joke of a milk tea. Got me the Iced Match Red Bean Milk Tea! I appreciate how it's not in the most congested part of Convoy so easy in & out. The place was clean. There was only one person taking the order and making the drink but she was soooo sweet. It wasn't busy so I had my drink in no time

Ordered classic milk tea that’s usually good at other ShareTea locations. It tasted watered down and not milky. Drove farther to ST because it’s usually really good and other places usually have the milk tea that’s watery and feels like it contains lowfat milk instead of creamy milk.
