We did mobile order and still had to wait in ridiculous line for 25 mins to get to the ordering, which was still not ready. The food was less than mediocre, veggie burger was literally burger between buns, no condiments, no vegetables. Why 18$ for a beyond burger? I should have read other reviews before ordering from here. The employees were obviously aware of the delays but not much they could do about it. Poorly designed mobile ordering system.

Cold stale fries, hard bun. Overpriced. Teriyaki salmon is just sauce on the salmon, sauce wasn't added before cooking.

Long wait for ghastly overpriced food. How is it possible to serve a cold burger in a restaurant full of people. The service staff had peculiar attitude too.

What bothers me most is that some of these awful reviews are 2 yrs old and nobody is trying to remedy the problem. Do not eat here and do not go to Sea World. As for me and my family it took 1 hr 10 minutes to get my food. We almost missed the Penguin Experience.

Overall, ok place inside of seaworld. Most of the food in the park is very mediocre but this was ok and does have vegetarian options.Food: i got the cheese pizza and impossible burger. Both were just OK, came hot, not many condiments for burgers. fries were pretty good! Portions are small. I really recommend just bringing food into the parkService: awful, if you order from the app — just go to the pickup counter and tell them you’re ready to pickup RIGHT THEN. Do not wait for the text. They do not prepare your order until you show up to the counter, the pickup times are purely crowd control.Atmosphere: none, pickup your food and sit somewhere in the park

Waited 45 min for a mobile order to be ready (ok, it’s busy), then waited another 35 min to pick up the mobile order after receiving the ‘your order is ready’ message. Most inefficient and frustrating experience.

We got the Pep pizza and the salmon. Salmon comes with “roasted vegetables” (just some chopped carrots) and “cilantro lime” rice (plain rice). Salmon and pizza were both okay though. It does not seem like the staff is put in a position to succeed. They were constantly waiting for food to be ready and it seemed like the amount of equipment couldn’t handle the volume. Also, the was no leadership presence in the kitchen helping to get orders out/help customers.

Ordered food on the appWhen we got there no one in the mobile order line was getting their food. People had been in line for 2 hours without getting their food.No way to cancel the order. Had to do a charge back to get my money back
