What bothers me most is that some of these awful reviews are 2 yrs old and nobody is trying to remedy the problem. Do not eat here and do not go to Sea World. As for me and my family it took 1 hr 10 minutes to get my food. We almost missed the Penguin Experience.
Overall, ok place inside of seaworld. Most of the food in the park is very mediocre but this was ok and does have vegetarian options.Food: i got the cheese pizza and impossible burger. Both were just OK, came hot, not many condiments for burgers. fries were pretty good! Portions are small. I really recommend just bringing food into the parkService: awful, if you order from the app — just go to the pickup counter and tell them you’re ready to pickup RIGHT THEN. We did mobile order and still had to wait in ridiculous line for 25 mins to get to the ordering, which was still not ready. The food was less than mediocre, veggie burger was literally burger between buns, no condiments, no vegetables. Why 18$ for a beyond burger? I should have read other reviews before ordering from here. The employees were obviously aware of the delays but not much they could do about it. Poorly designed mobile ordering system.
