Clean your seats! I sat down while my girlfriends got a dessert got and chocolate all over my beige lululemon sweatpants. There are four girls behind the counter. Someone should be able to clean the seats and tables while customers are coming in and out.

The biscoff croissant is a must try. The texture of the crosisant with the biscoff filling is so delicious, the sweetness is not overwhelming and just perfection. I will skip the pink cloud, I just find it cute and gave it a try. Make sure to stop by here when you go to UTC.

My wife and I were on our way to Hannah's bakery to pick up some of their croissants when we called to confirm they were still open. We told the woman on the phone that we were on our way, and then we hung up. After hanging up, the woman called us back about 20 minutes later and asked us how far away we were. We thought it was quite odd until she said, "OK, it's actually really busy. I'm going to set aside about 4 croissants for you guys so you have some when you come." This level of customer service is no longer existent these days, and I was very happy and satisfied that we were able to experience it at Hannah's. Thank you so much, Hannah, for making an amazing experience, and thank you for going out of your way to call us and set some aside so we didn't show up and find there were none left for us. The food and the bakery items are also amazing. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for great desserts and great customer service.

The Persian gelato was better than the original. Actually every gelato was on point. The pistachio rolled croissant & the Nutella were to die for. Nice little vibe in the middle of the center. We went with a large party to shop around and stroll and they had seating for us all. Will definitely come back.

Housed in UTC mall, this cafe is very cute and clean. We stopped in because my friend and I wanted to try a croissant roll. We chose the pistachio flavor, which we got to-go since we wanted to enjoy it at home. The staff was friendly, although I wish I was offered a bag to put the to-go container in. It was a little inconvenient to be shopping with the plastic container in my hand. The croissant roll was a little too sweet for the both of us (most likely because of the glaze and filling), although the croissant itself was perfectly flavored. However, it was overpriced in my opinion. This is probably because croissant rolls are quite trendy right now. I most likely would not purchase again at the current price point.

Tried the pistachio rolled croissant. Filling was fine, but the croissant itself was not fresh. Not crispy at all, and the inside was almost cakey. Very expensive for a disappointing pastry.

Love the carmel chocolate apples from here. So good. Such a nice treat to bring home to the family after shopping. They will even cut it for you.

I wish I could give rating separately for baked goods and coffee. Cookies are super good! Chocolate Croissant is pretty good, had better ones before, but this one is pretty yummy. But the hot americano coffee.... Hemmm terrible. Water down coffee. So disappointing. Sorry, not worth my $4.50.

Passed by this place a couple times at Westfield UTC and finally came in because it looked so cutesy on the inside.Saw those spiral croissants and knew we had to try it out!I know there's some other fancy pertisseries that have it in San Diego, but we were right here and thought ee might as well give it a go.Person in front of us took the last one but they told us they would have more in about an hour. So we came back!Came back for that rolled croissant and it was a really good decision!Got that pistachio one and took it to go.Added about an hour later and it was still so fresh and crispy!Crispy croissant on the outside and that beautiful, smooth pistachi filling on the inside.Had a bunch of pistachios on top as well and the combination was so nice.It was also very light and husband and I split it but could totally have finished one of our own!Definitely recommend coming here.

A very cute/pastry-aesthetic cafe located in Westfield San Diego. Literally came here on a whim and I decided to buy a small cake. Aside from pastries and cakes, they have ice cream that's churning in front of you which is pretty cool. I ended up getting The Cloud ($9.99) and it basically is a matcha cake with cherry blossom mousse, cherry blossom coulis, and raspberry jelly. This was a pretty cool cake! Very soft, airy, and it has such a smooth texture. It was quite sweet but each layer of the cake definitely complimented one another. But if you choose to get this one, make sure you refrigerate it or else the structure of the cake begins to disassemble. But aside from that, they have an array of other goodies and it's a cool stop to come by.
