He was great about giving us an overview of all the things we could choose to service & explaining which ones should be at the top of the list & which ones could wait until the future. This company is great. I bought a used espresso machine from them and I have had to have them fix a couple of things. Nothing too crazy but all things that could be expected on a previously owned piece of equipment. They were very professional about the handling my problems and didn't hesitate to send out a technician even though I am over an hour away. I would buy again from this company anytime.

I am a former employee and sadly it didn't work out, but I do have plenty great things to say about the company. First off I love that it is family oriented. Secondly although they let me go,and yes I'm sad... that doesn't mean I'm bitter. I love everyone I worked for, and with. Everyone whom I got the pleasure to work with was a blessing and rules life with their heart. Honestly it's so hard to find good honest people in a world so cold and judgmental. I truly thank all of the staff and owners of the company for the time they gave me. Though I may not have been the right fit, and maybe just bad timing considering COVID, but none the less ... if you're looking for honest, hard working people who truly love what they do, and are dedicated to their quality in work... then you found the right place and people. I truly love them all and definitely recommend this company for all your espresso repair needs.
