Jonathan was wonderful to work with. We had a lot going on the day that he came by to service our machine & he was so professional and efficient! He was great about giving us an overview of all the things we could choose to service & explaining which ones should be at the top of the list & which ones could wait until the future. Service like this makes such a difference for small businesses!
This company is great. I bought a used espresso machine from them and I have had to have them fix a couple of things. Nothing too crazy but all things that could be expected on a previously owned piece of equipment. They were very professional about the handling my problems and didn't hesitate to send out a technician even though I am over an hour away. I would buy again from this company anytime.
