Today I had the pleasure of interacting with Marilyn, who was an absolute gem! My drink was mistakenly made iced instead of hot, and not only did she rectify that right away, she offered me a pastry for waiting! Phenomenal guest service.

Everytime they are not working before close 15 min. I cant understand that. Many times i couldnt grab my drinks cuz of brakes or early close

I know it's Christmas Eve but I don't understand how the mobile order was not shut down because I made a $30 payment that once I arrive to the store with the lights off I could see on the cashier register my order was taken and yet no one around the grocery store was able to refund me. So instead of using that money elsewhere, it's now being essentially held hostage by the store until someone with competence can return my money. Ridiculous do better.

This Starbucks is a coffee stand inside the 4S Commons Ralphs. It is easy to grab a coffee while shopping -- my favorite is Pikes Place, which is a nice medium roast. I noticed today that the Holiday Drinks are now available.

I frequently stop by Starbucks 4S Ranch inside the Ralph's shopping center to order my Carmel Macchiato or black ice tea with a breakfast sandwich. Matt who frequently works has zero personality, unkind, and has no clue about customer service. He hardly knows the menu or his way around. Marilyn who also works frequently is amazing. She always remembers me and what I would like. She asks about my family and my boys. She is a priceless asset to Starbucks and Ralphs 4S Ranch. If it was not for Marilyn's incredible customer service I would give zero stars!!! Also Eddie was another great employee! What happened to him?? (Rumor has it that its because of Matt) Matt does not have the character to work in customer service or emulate the culture that Starbucks has created

2 stars given it is during covid time but I am proud to say this is the worst Starbucks I ever been to my entire life, and we drink a TON of Starbucks. My experience here has been consistently bad so I absolutely need to leave a review. I usually go to the Starbucks on Del Sur but occasionally I stop by here when getting groceries. To start with, the staff here is extremely rude! The older lady there never smiles and constantly has an attitude. I sometimes feel bad just asking for a straw! Everyone else there doesn't really acknowledge customers presence. Product wise, staff here isn't very knowledgeable about the product. Alternations that I have requested at ALL other Starbucks are just not available here! And their answer to the request "that's just not the drink, so we can't make those adjustments." Yeah okay, so I ll just drive 5 mins away to a different Starbucks and get what I need. Honestly despite the "convenience" that this store provides, it's just not worth the chance of ruining your day. This location definitely needs some customer service work maybe get some new employees that can at least pretend to like the job. My suggestion is just drive to the Starbucks in Del Sur within the target plaza and get a waaaaaay better experience there.

This coffee shop lacks the spirits of Starbucks. After waiting so long on the line for the slow employee guy to just buy a Christmas gift card I realized my credit card chip doesn't work. I told him I'm going to bring cash. When I came back he totally ignores me and keeps himself busy handling the gallons of milk. After like 5 minutes another employee came forward to help. The guy had simply decided not to help me for whatever reason.I wonder if these guys are Starbucks employees or the grocery store's!After reading other people reviews I realized they also experienced the staff ignorance and indifference.
