As someone who has never really order anything caffeine before, I was given a recommendation to order a certain drink. I finally made the trip and got a Grande Mocca Cookie Frap. In truth, the first time I did so was at another Starbucks, and it had too much ice, so I decided to try again. It was an explosion in my mouth in terms of flavor and taste. I am in my early 20s, and yet it took me this look to realize just how much I was missing.

This review is for Thomas who has taken my family and myself’s order a few times. He is the most kind, positive, patient and thoughtful barista and cashier we’ve ever come across. He always has such a wonderful, genuine energy and he makes this Starbucks a memorable one! Thomas is the best and I hope Starbucks recognizes their superstar!

This is a large and spacious Starbucks with a drive through. It's a great place to relax, plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Staff is always friendly.Parking: Tons of parking.

My drink was knocked off of the end table at home. The straw broke apart into pieces inside my drink. If I had a drink other than green tea, I may not have seen the bits of straw. Very dangerous! I have never seen a straw do this before. And my drink was wasted. I threw it away.Love this Starbucks otherwise.

Drive-thru communication from employees needs work. I asked for a specific cheese Danish (sugar plum) and the girl said she would make sure they have it first. A minute goes by and she informs me they have it so I order it. I get to the window and a different lady who seemed like a manager informs me they don't have it after all, but there is no apology from her in the slightest, she was just kind of rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. So a plain cheese danish it is, which I'm pretty sure is cheaper and I'm not refunded the difference because I've already paid and it's not even offered to me anyway. I then asked for a single straw and she gave me 2, just not listening. Overall communication and service at this location is poor.
