I placed my order ahead and when I came in I was made aware there were a lot of orders ahead. I was fine with that then sat outside for about 15 mins waiting. Once I got a notification my order was done and saw them making other people's orders, I went back inside. The person at the front counter then told me it was not done, she has not actually worked on it yet. She just pressed "done" to get it out of the way. That to me seems like a bait and switch and a sneaky way of doing business. I was fine with waiting, but once they lied about it being done, it rubbed me the wrong way

This Subway's got a bad case of shrinkflation. Only got 4 pieces of roast beef on my footlong sub. ?

The old lady who works here bent over to reach vegetables and her t shirt touched the vegetables on my sandwich multiple times. Disgusting. Also they are really bad about putting the sandwich together, they put the full amount of onions on one side of the sandwich and same with the jalapeños, really bad service

Took a detour to make my kid eat something on our way home from seaworld. Checked the times and made sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before closing time, but the very rude lady was sitting outside doing stuff with her phone and said they were closed. When I asked her why, since they were not supposed to be closed yet, she was even ruder and said she had already out everything away and was not going to open back just for me. She did not even apologized or at least tried to be nice.Worst subway EVER!

The service was prompt and friendly. Our order was accurate. However, this might just be an inherent characteristic with Subway, but the sub was just fine. The ingredients felt fresh. I'd add more sauces next time for extra flavor.

I had to stay in town for a 6 week stretch while girlfriend visited doctors here. Was good to find my favorite lunch stop, since I frequent the one in Palm Springs al the time. This place was just like home. Friendly greeting upon entry. And that warm toasty bread is so good. I always get the same. Sweet onion chicken teriyaki on a 6 inch bun. Toast the shredded cheese. Add three kinds of sauces on top and it makes for a great meal. Add a bag of bbq chips and get a few chocolate chop cookies. Get the cup of sweet tea with lots ofbice. Sooo good. Love it.

Their employee, Xochila, was extremely rude when crafting my sandwich. She half-hazardly threw my toppings on without even paying attention. I even asked her to please put more spinach on because I kid you not, there were 3 slices. She threw more on not even paying attention and looked like she wanted to be anywhere else, which I get it, working in food isn’t the best, I used to do it, but have some respect for your PAYING customers. When I asked about their sauce and what was in it do to allergies, she said “It’s a uh sweet onion teriyaki in it”? Like what the hell? Never coming back to this subway, she should be reprimanded.

When I went there, the door was locked and it looked closed. But on all platforms and websites it was supposed to be open until 9 pm. It could be understaffed but management was very poor, is there something wrong?
