The vegetables that I saw looks to disgusting for my Asians eyes. Let me give you an example; Imagine eating your own puke, that's how disgusting the vegetable looks like. Y'all lucky I didn't give one-star, cause I felt bad for the amount of work you put into this meal. I would have given a 3 or 4-star if the vegetables looks nice and eatable, maybe even a 5-star. I could go on and on about this like a kid not getting what he/she wants from a store.
Nice alternative to typical food court fare. Tasty chicken teriyaki was prepared while I waited for just a moment. Not sitting there in a bin like so many other places. If you'd like a little bit more flavor, there are packets of Sriracha and soy sauce on the counter. Very generous portion also, enough for two meals for me. Not sure if I'd try the pre-made sushi, but there are plenty of other choices, including shrimp, beef and combos. Good value. I would eat here again.

The food is amazing. All the cooks are Mexican which made me a bit hesitant to order. The entire team was speaking Spanish, which makes the atmosphere less authentic but was still full of flavor.
