Excellent pizza! I'm not usually a fan of pizza, but this one is a gourmet pizza: not greasy at all, not too thick, made with fresh, quality ingredients as well as original combinations.The owner and staff are super nice. We definitely recommend this restaurant!Kid-friendliness: The staff brought out glasses of water with lids and straws for the children, there was also a children's menu and a placemat to color. The owner even offered the girls ice cream at the end of the meal.

Worst experience at a pizza place I’ve ever had! They made a calzone and put a bunch of ingredients that don’t belong in a calzone, like corn in it! They call it Chefs special. He made this awful calzone, with corn in it just for you! He even burned it and left it raw inside, just for you! Don’t complain though or his wife will start crying and then they will kick you out. The owners of this place need a therapist!

The reservation - waitlist - walk in- process can be complicated and troublesome, the people who greet you and manage that could use an attitude adjustment. Food is great, servers and waitstaff very helpful.

Going here for the first time tonight without a reservation. Let’s see what happens…. The front reservation staff are Soo snouty!! They’ve turned me away multiple times before, so we’ll see!! I tried to make a reservation for tonight & everything from 6-8:45 is booked and there is a $20 no show fee on the booking website. If all else fails, the pizza at Urbn is good, nice atmosphere, & just a block away….Also came here to post this:There is a PARKING STRUCTURECost is minimal, especially considering how much you’ll spend here, it’ll be less than the tip you leave! It’s on the corner of 30th & North Park way, which is the street Tribute is on, so it’s just 2 blocks away. Entrance is on 29th St.San Diego City council decided to remove 300 parking spots from the area when they put in the bike lanes. Most homes and apartments around Tribute Don’t have their own parking spots. They never did. So, those of us who live in the area (before those were removed) who don’t have off-street parking have to vie for park on the limited street spots just to come home!! You know, run to the restroom, & bring in groceries, etc. So, please use the paid lots! If you don’t want to use the structure, there are also small lots available. There is a lot on North Park Way one block west, and a lot one block east, closer to the 805 freeway. Us locals thank you.PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. Please use the low-cost parking structure. Thank you!!
