First time at URBN Pizza but it won't be my last. I had the clam pizza and it was excellent! The clams were fresh and the crispy crust was delicious! The service was wonderful. Rachel was a delight. I topped off my pizza with an Express Martini which was awesome. I will definitely be back. Thanks for a great experience.

I do think that the prices are fairly high. $20-$35 for a pizza seems a bit much to me. That being said the service is amazing. Their servers are extremely joyful and attentive. I wish other restaurants would have such lovely staff as well.

This last pizza was way smaller than it has been in the past. I’ve eaten here and gotten pizza to go dozens of times. It used to fill up most of the box.

Killer food. We had the Italian salad and then honey hot pizza and meatball pizza. Both were stellar.

I grew up in Connecticut so new haven style is my jam. They coal fire their pizza. Living in Socal for 30 years this is the best one I have found. Once the staff found out we were from CT they rose to the challenge to impress us. They can proudly call their pizza “apizza” if they want to. Great job guys!

I think it is in the Public Interest to advise people to stay away from this terrible restaurant. The food is unremarkable and they employ shady misleading marketing practices. Stay away.

Went for lunch on a Friday with some coworkers. The seating area inside is not large, but is an inviting area. There is also outside seating. We were quickly seated by a hostess and our server came by with a jug of water and glasses and handed us menu's. Everything looked tasty and my table of 3 decided on a small sausage and peppers pizza. The pie came out about 7 minutes later on an oblong pizza tray and it was fantastic! Thin, chewy, flavorful crust - not too much sauce, great sausage and cheese and fresh cut peppers, plus just a hint of Gorgonzola cheese. An outstanding pizza pie IMO.The bill was not bad for lunch for three of us - a little over $30 with tip.I'll definitely be back to this spot the next time I am in San Diego!

Service is just horrible. And I expect more from an "East Coast" pizza shop. Went with my husband, two year old, and 9 month old on Saturday. With kids, you have a small window of calm before eating out just isn't enjoyable. We sat down and for 15 minutes no server even came and brought us water let alone take our order so we could be in and out. My kids were getting restless, so I got up and said we're going. I told the waitress she was taking too long and we're leaving and she just said "okay." What a joke. No "I'm sorry, let me take your order now and we can get the food out to you in less than x minutes." This would never happen at a pizza place in the tristate area. Will never support this business again.

Wow. We had a great experience at Urbn. We brought a large group in on a Saturday night and they were extremely accommodating. The food was fabulous. The coal fired wings were outstanding and the pizza was delicious. We tried several different pies and they were all outstanding. Our server was a total rockstar who handled a large group (including parents and kids split across different tables) like an absolute pro. We will be back.

I hadn't been to Urbn for a while, and was frustrated to see that since my last visit, the prices are definitely higher, but unfortunately quality is way down. The cherry peppers on my pizza were FULL of seeds. Seems like lazy prep work. No one wants to bite down on a clump of hard pepper seeds when they're eating. 30 bucks for a pizza, and I have to spend time scraping seeds out when I get home? Pizza was also both greasy and soggy. Disappointing.

Awesome place, excellent service, Delicious thin crust pizza. We had the pesto pizza (without chicken) and the eggplant. Both were yummy!
