Food and service were great. Dining room was not very clean and the patio was disgusting. Looked like it hadn't been tended to in months. Dirt/leaves, dirty tables/chairs with cobwebs. Could be a pleasant experience, but it wasn't.
I used to really like coming to Cafe Rio on a weekly basis. But the food portions are much smaller and quality has seemed to go down hill as well, not to mention its not worth the price anymore either. As for customer service the cashier women is always nice and welcoming but the manager not so much.

Venturing to a place we've forgotten about. I don't think Cafe Rio has a huge presence in SoCal. I really do not recall seeing many in the LA area. Back to try the enchiladas.
