I used to like Chipotle. Fresh, healthy, friendly. I don't complain much but last week's experience was horrible. Food not fresh, staff including manager rude and pushy - get through the line, what do you want, what do you want, what do you want, portions much smaller than last time and even more expensive! I would have to agree with the last review of this location. My daughter and I came here back in September and had a much more positive experience as to the one we had tonight in February. The overall atmosphere/vibe was negative. I could tell the staff working was understaffed and they were trying their best to be positive. The cleanliness of the place was pretty bad. We haven’t had very good experiences at this location in Glendora. The worst experience was after restaurants opened up from covid. The girl who “helped” us was awful. She acted like we were inconveniencing her when we wanted certain things on our order. This most recent time was barely slightly better.
