Three years ago when I first visited this location, I had a very rude and unpleasant interaction with an overweight Caucasian woman with pink hair and glasses at the drive thru, I asked if I could get barbecue sauce instead of ketchup and in a condescending tone of voice she said I was being annoying, when I asked if she was having a bad day, she replied that she wasn't obligated to talk to me and shut the drive thru slide door, I was very perplexed. I recently went twice. the second time i went duirng the breakfast time and was waiting patiently for my food, however, the man behind was mad, and starting honking and yelling at me...i got scared, but the food, and service were great.

Went in today to pick up my online order through their app December /11/23 they received my order I got confirmation through my email entered the drive-thru they told me to get out instead went inside the restaurant poor customer service they told me to give it a few minutes I was in there for about good 15 minutes sitting while everybody was getting their orders, I showed them proof of the online order they told me to reorder it it still didn't go through I left the restaurant...read full review
