Burger was not good. My wife's grilled chicken sandwich was so slimy she didn't eat it. Fries were good. In & Out nextdoor was overflowing so we didn't want to wait & tried Carl's. Never again.

Three years ago when I first visited this location, I had a very rude and unpleasant interaction with an overweight Caucasian woman with pink hair and glasses at the drive thru, I asked if I could get barbecue sauce instead of ketchup and in a condescending tone of voice she said I was being annoying, when I asked if she was having a bad day, she replied that she wasn't obligated to talk to me and shut the drive thru slide door, I was very perplexed. This time around when I went in for a double western bacon cheese burger combo, there was very friendly, welcoming, attentive, and detailed oriented all Hispanic staff, was able to request for barbecue sauce without any backlash, the cherry on top was that the music playing inside was the Beatles, " Do You Want To Know a Secret?", and the Eagles , "Lyin Eyes". I was very satisfied and impressed with the customer service and will definitely be coming back.
