Nice cosy place near Market st, walkable from Bart and Muni. I tried their famous HK milk tea, the flavour of tea leaves was amazing but did not feel the condensed milk taste come through. Slightly watery to my liking. Boba was really good! Next time I'm here I'll try their other drinks.
