“My favorite place for dessert in San Francisco. I love these crepes so much! The staff are so friendly and have creative hands/minds. The crepes are always made fresh and topped with fresh delicious fruit and ice cream. Yum yum!Vegetarian options: Delicious!“
“Literally my favorite place in the city- I have yet to be disappointed by any dish after trying like half the menu. The best part is that instead of braving the brunch crowds on the weekends you can get the brunch dishes any time! Super nice staff and always such an amazing spot“
“This place is the sweetest! The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. Their menu has the most interesting match-ups. Cocoa Bomb vs Avocado Sago turned out to be a classic! The Avocado Sago is truly fabulous!!!Their Signature Fruit Tea is tasty and refreshing.“
“Love their hojicha latte! I've ordered from here often and I usually get the hojicha latte, regular sweet + light ice + boba. Boba is hit or miss here; it could be sweet or flavorless, but most of the time it's sweet. Service is always timely and attentive.“
“Glad we walked all the way to the end of the terminal to try Mama Go's Filipino Cuisine because it was delicious. They had a line but it moved relatively quick and we weren't in a rush. Service is so kind and generous. It gave off a homey vibe and they had some authentic class Filipino dishes which is a plus. Price was on the higher side but it is the airport. The garlic rice was fantastic and went well with the chicken adobo. The entree also came with a side dish, which is a great selection.“
“Has been on my list to try for awhile now and finally had the opportunity to today! Location says the tenderloin but the surrounding area was not too bad. I ordered a jasmine milk tea with boba and loved that the tea flavor tasted high quality, delicate but also strong (sometimes milk teas just taste like milk) , boba was perfectly chewy, and they also use fresh milk (they do have non dairy oat or almond alternatives). They also give you the option to opt for a paper cup to be more sustainable at no cost. The quality of the drink reminded me of places like Asha tea. Would definitely frequent this more often if I lived in the city but now I know this is a solid spot whenever I'm in SF.“
“Thomas, the 'bobarista' at Happy Lemon, is a true maestro of bubble tea! His passion for creating delicious and unique concoctions is evident in every sip. Thomas takes the art of boba crafting to new heights, ensuring each drink is a burst of flavor and joy. If you're a bubble tea enthusiast, a visit to Happy Lemon with Thomas at the helm is an absolute must. Exceptional service and unparalleled boba mastery!“
“I accidentally shopped here, bought two pineapple buns, two paper cup cakes, one coconut bun and one cream bun. Every bun tasted so good, especially The cream bun, was so yummy cuz they used salted cream! Two things that were not good: 1. no Apple Pay ( but accept Zelle) its so inconvenient to log in my bank account for Zelle, so I ended up paid by cash 2. Charged plastic bag for 25 cents each (if you shop a lot here, bring your own bag . I would still recommend this place to my friends to try, especially the cream bun“
“The most innovative vegetarian food on Haight Street - at lower than average prices (for San Francisco). I’m a fan.Vegetarian options: Tofu scramble is hearty with generous portions; better than most.Parking: Metered parking out front, free street parking along panhandle one block away.“
“Consistently good drinks with unique seasonal offerings. I’ve been coming to this place for years, and it’s become one of my go-to’s in the city. Recently, I went and ordered 3 of the new drinks on the menu for my friend and I to try. I added boba to 1 of the drinks but later found out it wasn’t included. I didn’t realize while I was still at the place because the drinks were put into a to-go bag. I’m a little disappointed since I paid extra for the boba. I’ll still come back of course, but I’ll double check that my drinks are correct.“
“Ive been on my matcha obsession streak ? we got the boba ice cream, strawberry matcha latte, and matcha float (THEY MADE ONE EXTRA BY MISTAKE SO WE GOT IT FOR FREEE). This is all to prep before our friend goes study abroad in kyoto. Drinks were sooo good and i continued to drink when we get to the park and sunbathe.“
“i've been wanting to try asha tea house for years after my friend raved about their milk tea in berkeley. so glad i got to come on a saturday morning!// ambiance //asha tea house is located near union square/financial district. it's a smaller interior but a really nice ambiance. there's a few tables to enjoy your drinks or pastries and you can see the baristas making your drinks. i like the dim lighting and decor--feels very cozy.// service //the cashier answered my questions about the sweetness of the hong kong milk tea. after we placed our order, our drinks were ready in three minutes// hong kong milk tea (boba, less ice, less sweet) $6.25 //i really liked their hong kong milk tea. the black tea flavor was strong and it was sweetened with condensed milk. i got less sweet because i was worried the condensed milk would make it really sweet, but it actually wasn't much. i enjoyed the less sweet version but i think regular sweet would've been good too! the boba was chewy and a good consistency.// would i reorder/return? //i would come back especially if i was looking for a boba shop in SF that has a nice ambiance and sitting. i think their tea is good quality and strong.“
“Saturday-Wednesday, 11/18/23-11/23/23, Deserting at Bambu Deserts & Drinks in San Francisco. Oh man! This desert shop is so goooood that I went back multiple times to try out their other deserts on the menu. Their pandan jelly, boba, and red tapioca are super soft, fragrant, and refreshing which got me hooked for more.I’ve tried many desert shops in Los Angeles County and Orange County and this desert shop has raised the bar, big time. I have been elated by this experience with Bambu, San Francisco. I’m so blessed. Here are a few desserts I’ve tried for the week that I’m there on my vacation in San Francisco.-Smashed Avocado: Awesome!!! it’s so refreshing and burst of flavors especially with the coffee jelly! Words could not express my feeling with the taste of this dessert!-Pandan waffle: I’ve ordered it to go and after some time, it is still crispy and flavorful which is unexpected.-Bambu favorite: full of the different flavors in the ingredients-Hazelnut Mocha blend: Hazelnut flavored coffee and very smooth.-Fresh coconut pudding: coconut jelly & cream in a real coconut shell with its meat. Amazing texture and flavors that I never had before and it’s so refreshing on a warm day!!!-Mangonada: Wow! Refreshing smoothie with some tang. I can’t believe this Vietnamese dessert shop makes such a great Mexican style smoothie.-Avo-coconut smoothie: I had avocado smoothie before but not with coconut. It’s a great blend that compliment the avocado.-Taro lovers; the pandas jelly and taro were so fresh and tender with the coconut milk made it so refreshing. If you like to taste more of the taro, ask for the 75% sweetness.-Awesome Trio: a classic Vietnamese Che that can’t go wrong. As expected it is delicious and my favorite childhood drink/desert.-Bambu Halo Halo: A Filipino classic desert with so much ingredients that to buy all ingredients, it would cost me over $40 easy. I enjoyed a large cup my way, right away for $9, it’s all worth it and more. The service staffs work fast, were friendly, super nice, and service with a smile each time I’m there.I’ve been eating at so many dessert shops and I think this shop is by far the best of the best with their high quality ingredients!I highly recommend trying this Bambu Desert shop if you are traveling to the San Francisco area like me or if you are local, you must already notice that this is a hidden gems of a dessert shop. Share this information with your friends and family to keep the great desert shop business’ open for your enjoyment for the years to come. Happy desert eating!!!David YoungRestaurant Enthusiast“
“Genuinely surprised that I could still find a drink (+ topping) for less than $4.50, so I really consider it a steal. We just got a classic Assam milk tea + boba and honestly stumbled upon it because it was the closest shop within walking distance (and still open) from the restaurant we ate at. Is it the best drink or boba I've ever had? Definitely not, but it's also not towards the bottom of the scale. I have to say the price to quality ratio is just stellar. The inside was quite big, looks like they have it set up for people to work and hangout there. It wasn't crowded though, probably because we went pretty close to closing time.“
“I've had my eye on this spot for a couple of months and I'm so glad I gave it a try. What caught my attention was their fried pork chop over rice. Pretty huge portion for $13.95. I got it with curry sauce and it did not disappoint. The curry didn't taste like the typical Japanese curry with a lot of spices.. it's more like the HK style cafe curries.. idk man but I loved it. I do wish it came with a little more sauce because I'm a sauce drinker LOL. The pork chop had the perfect amount of batter and it was perfectly crispy and seasoned. So tender. Came with a bed of white rice and cabbage/salad.Once you walk in, you can order from the kiosk or online. Then they'll call your order when it's ready. Basically you can choose to dine in or dine out because it comes in a to go container for convenience. Overall, solid spot. 4.5/5. Would come back!03.06.2024 | Wednesday @12:40pm“
“There was a missing item from my delivery (I think it was a delivery driver problem and not the store's fault), and the manager Samantha was AMAZING she went above and beyond to make sure things were fixed. I really appreciate it, she called me multiple times to make sure the situation was “
“I ordered a mango lime tea with condensed milk and the person who was making my drink came out and talked to me about my choices and he seemed like he really enjoyed working there! My drink was really good and very it came out pretty quickly.“
“Guys that was amazing. 10/10 I highly recommend the pork belly Bahn Mi. I requested not to get the jalapeños. Next time I think I would ask to remove the cilantro since there was quite long pieces in there. The service was super quick and the staff were polite. Thank you for a wonderful experience.“
“The teas are strong, the smoothies are delicious. I have only heard about the tea because I am a caffeine free child, but the smoothies. THE SMOOTHIES!!!!! They have so many different flavours, and the sweetness is always perfect. I also like how their large sizes are actually large. I definitely recommend the red bean smoothie, which somehow exists, and I LOVE IT. The drinks can get a bit sweet, but you can change the sweetness on all of them, I believe. Since they are a very popular business, it does take some time for them to make the drinks, but the wait is always worth it. And, they are "professionals," and they work as hard as they can to make your drink. It's a very small place, so most people get their drinks to-go, which is what happens at most boba shops anyways, so that doesn't change anything about my extremely high opinions about them. I did have a favourite drink before, but they took it off the menu. I have since loved the red bean smoothie, and highly recommend it.:)“
“As a Taiwanese I approve of this! The boba is very good and the tea is also very good. There's a combo deal for medium hk milk tea with an egg waffle. We had lychee oolong and hk milk tea with an egg waffle. The waffle is also good. Light and fluffy. They made it right after ordering which makes the crust crunch.“
“In need of an afternoon pick-me-up, I stopped by at this place and ordered the signature lemon burst with green tea and boba pearls. The tea was delicious, and the pearls were sweet and chewy. The only thing I wish they did differently was remove the lemon seeds, as I kept getting them in my mouth when I took sips and had to spit them out. Overall good option for fruit tea though.“
“You know, for the longest time, I used to wonder why there weren't more boba shops around the outer edge of the Sunset District. I get that the area out here doesn't get the same foot traffic as the stretch of Irving by 19th Ave, for example, but that's also my point - without much competition, and given all of the nearby schools, a good boba shop could kill it! So, you can imagine how delighted I was to see that Bobaville opened up their second location out here. Granted, I'd yet to try their original location in Daly City either, but I had heard so many good things about it from friends that I couldn't help but feel excited to see one pop up so much closer to me!Now, I should note that I'm fully aware that Eggettes offers boba and they aren't all that far from here. However, like several of my longtime, go-to spots on this side of SF, they seem to have fallen off over the years (or my taste has just improved). As such, Bobaville and their collection of drinks is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Sure, it'd be nice if they also had food offerings as well, but I'm not going to quibble over that. Not when nearly every variety of tea, matcha, smoothie, and coffee on the sounds so enticing! Plus, their boba is made in house, so huge plus points for that!-- ICE CREAM TEA - Choice of Tea (Black) with a Scoop of French Vanilla Ice Cream...$5.25(yelp.com/biz_photos/boba…)Pretty unique...and delicious! Given the ice cream, I asked for 25% and it was just right after mixing everything together. Surprisingly, the texture could've been creamier, but I liked how the ice cream complemented the tea rather than overpowered it.-- HONG KONG MILK TEA - Black Tea Serviced with Sugar and Evaporated Milk...$5(yelp.com/biz_photos/boba…)Not as good as the Ice Cream Tea, but still pretty solid! It was a little sweet at 75%, but not as sweet as other places' 75%. As far as taste goes, it was quite tasty, though the consistency was a little bit on the watery side for me.-- ALMOND TEA - Almond Flavored Black Tea with Non-Dairy Creamer...$5.25(yelp.com/biz_photos/boba…)I got this one at 50% sweet and it was just right - just enough to complement the almond flavor (though I wish the latter was stronger). I also added their Homemade Boba to try (+$.75) and it was fantastic! Flavorful with a nice, tender chewiness to it.-- MANGO KING - Ultra Creamy Mango Drink Made With Mango Puree, Mango Ice Cream, and Whipped Cream...$6.50(yelp.com/biz_photos/boba…)I came for this after hearing so many good things from friends and it is SO GOOD! The consistency is perfect (super creamy but not thick) and it's full of mango flavors from the ice cream and the puree. One of my new favorites anywhere! In addition to their tasty drinks, another big positive about Bobaville is their staff. Every time I've been here, the workers have always been super friendly and seem genuinely happy to help when folks have asked questions. I also love how relatively easy it is to find nearby parking. Of course, it's even easier at night, but they close somewhat early (6pm on most nights, 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays), which is really the only "bad" thing about them. I mean, I get why (not many places out here stay open late), but if they were to close a bit later, I'm sure folks like me would make the drive from elsewhere just because everything here tastes so good! All in all, I'm not sure what I'm happier about - the fact that Bobaville has opened up in SF, that I've finally learned what so many other Yelpers have already known about them, or that they were as good as I had hoped. I'm not sure if I'd go so far as to say that they're my favorite boba shop around, but they're certainly one of my favorites on this side of The City. Yes, even ahead of my nostalgic favorite, Wonderful Desserts.FOUR AND A HALF STARS rounded up.“
“Great place for yummy sandwiches. I got their combo and thai tea. Their service is great and fast. It is on the pricier side but worth it. I love their bread which is soft and crispy. I haven't tried their other flavors but I will in the future . My go to sandwich when I'm craving or in the area.“
“One of the only places in an area with mostly hospitals & retirement homes that has hot food other than Tommy's Joynt and the overrated Lemoncello. Great Mango Green Tea with Lychee Jelly. Just as good as Super Cue across town where I grew up. Good Poke Bowls. Amazing croissant. Best one I've had since I was in Switzerland . Best Spam Musubi in the city. Family ran. Nice to see a migrant family be in touch with AI; speak English and become a part of the community in a Sanctuary City. Reminds me of old Americana the old Candy Stores that kids hang out at after school.“
“Love this neighborhood business that has always turned out perfectly crispy and chewy eggettes in tasty flavors. The various drinks they also serve have always been very delicious and the perfect accompaniment to the eggettes, and I also don't feel too guilty in having either of both . Will always come here to get a much needed snack attack resolution!“
“I tried TS Cafe one day when I was looking for something different to eat. They had a wide variety of food to eat. I ordered their house made dumplings and basil chicken. The dumplings were delicious and tasted so fresh. The food came in a timely namer and it was still hot. The service was great and fast. The place is average size and warm. The restaurant is not that big, but it had a home feel to it.“
“lady luck coffee is a small drink shop in chinatown that serves coffee and boba. definitely more of a takeout spot than a sit-down cafe. the employee working at the time was very sweet and friendly when answering questions about the drink.// iced vanilla latte with whole milk ($5.50) //the latte came in a cute rounded boba cup. it had a good balance of vanilla and espresso.it was sweet, but not too much; i asked and the employee said the drinks here are not too sweet (or as sweet as starbucks) so i did not modify the sweetness.we took our drinks to go and drank them in a nearby park. i enjoyed my drink and would return. prices are reasonable for SF.“
“was walking by so I thought I would grab a Mocha and it was really good and the price was reasonable. Only $4.75! Can't beat that. Considering down the street it's like 6.50 for a mocha.Vegetarian options: Limited to like vegetarian sandwiches but they do have lots of breakfast options like waffles and crepesKid-friendliness: They have a cage You can lock your kids up and enjoy your meal ?“
“In many Asian households, the highest compliment for something that's supposed to be sweet is, "Yum, it's not too sweet!" Cuppa isn't enthusiastic about making sugary drinks according to a posted sign, which suits my palate just fine. Though their pretty ombre drinks are tempting (July4 is red, white, & blue, & Summer Sunsets is aptly named), I've always only ordered the unadventurous, but reliably delicious Decaf Jasmine Green Milk Tea with lychee jelly. I alternate between 50% and 75% sweet & honestly, they both taste similar & perfectly not-too-sweet for me. Love it, will continue to order it. I've yet to try their frozen yogurt, but I did buy Chicken Teriyaki Misubi (two pieces to an order) based on being told that it's made with chicken breast. Plot twist: it was made with chicken thigh, my least favorite piece. All good, they excel at making milk tea, & that's all that matters. I guess you could say Cuppa is my cuppa tea.“
“Excellent drinks made right! You can taste the tea in the tea drinks and the coffee is quality real coffee tasting and not like instant coffee that other places use. The boba is the right texture of soft & chewy with a hint to sweetness. They offer many drinks that are actually dessert like, made with lots of fresh fruit that could fill you up, hence the spoons they offer in addition to straws at the counter. Prices are reasonable and the wait is not bad at all. Easy to order and wide variety to choose from. This is my favorite drink place in the neighborhood. Thank you.“
“This is a great place to go with a large group and order several dishes to share family style. All the food came out pretty fast, and everything we ordered was delicious, especially the chili fried chicken and fish fillets in hot chili oil. They have a pretty efficient system at this restaurant. Like many places, you scan a QR code to view the menu and order. However, instead of paying online, they still bring you a physical check and have you pay in person.I was impressed by this place and recommend it to anyone wanting good, authentic Sichuan food.“
“Made a stop here since I was in the neighborhood. My partner got the hot Cheeto crusted corn dog and I got the potato dog with sugar. We loved both!! Super satisfying and filling. The cheese pull was to die for. We've been wanting to come here since trying Korean corn dogs in Vancouver and LA. I have to say, I liked these ones just as much, or even better! Downsides are that there's no seating and there can be a bit of a wait.“
“They were playing Jung Kook's music video on the front TV and my dog was so happy lol. I love coming here, especially during night time! Definitely recommend lowering your sweetness level in case you're not a fan of sweet drinks. But, overall loved this place!“
“This place is very cute. It's nicely decorated, perfect for photo ops. It's also very spacious and has some seating. It's a good spot to hang out with friends or do work/study. There's a self-ordering kiosk located right by the entrance. I ordered the Creme Brulee Boba Drink with less ice and at 50% sweetness. Overall, the drink was decent. The boba itself was warm, soft, and chewy - 5/5. Even at half sweet, it was still decently sweet. I probably could've gone down to 25%. Most of sweetness came from the creme brulee, I think. If you're craving a sweet and creamy drink, this would be perfect. Service was quick. My drink was done a couple minutes after I ordered.“
“Loved the mango boba with red beans ❤️So delicious and comforting, what’s more is that I paid the price of 1 for 2 with their special discount that day . Too bad there’s no branch here in the L.A. area .Dietary restrictions: With the customized ordering, you can opt to reduce the sugar in your boba drink, I only had 50% of the amount of sugar for my calorie limit. So that’s really great and my boba tasted so yummy , my hubby had one too?“
“Wonderfully authentic milk teas etc..boba perfect..always remember you but now Yvonne is down in financial district shop..have not been there but here on Geary..it’s the best tea around..try the salty whip cream as well..very well done! Recc. highly..“
“I visited in January 2023 and I'm in love with the look of the shop on the outside! Tucked away in a little unassuming alleyway in Chinatown. I love how quaint the atmosphere is in here, and the interior is just as clean and nice! Recommend the Matcha green tea with grass jelly. So satisfying to energize you for a long walk up and down the hilly streets. Delicious. Can't wait to visit again someday!“
“Me and my friends ordered Boba tea from zero&. They have an amazing selection of items that you can customise based on your own preferences. I love the coconut, mango tea and the ube taro tea, so flavourful and pretty inexpensive. Their service was very quick and I didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes before I got my “
“Today was the best jianbing I've had maybe anywhere ever. Not sure how it compares to Tianjin style, but it struck all the Beijing notes and even surpassed with a world-class pastry texture in both the wrapper and the crispy part. The optional duck was maybe not authentic (?? never seen it in BJ), but it enhanced the flavors perfectly. Hadn't been to this spot in a while and this was better than I remember it, so compliments to the lady making them today. Also just wanna note the Hutong Jianbing franchise is not a guarantor of quality. Had the one in eCafe or whatever it's called near the airport Costco a few weeks back and it almost made me never want to eat jianbing again, it was so bad. So come to Happy Cow!“
“I don't recommend the coffee, it's not good. My partner had and complained. He ended drinking mine because it tasted better. I agree! Definitely recommend their grape drink. I normally don't drink grape flavored tea but the grape here is really good! There's a kiosk for ordering! Minimal decorations.“
“Enjoyed the tea with Lychee jelly here. I wanted to try the black team but someone in my group suggested that their milk tea is real good. And I am glad I tried that. I skipped the boa this time. Opted for Assam team with oat milk to revive my old memories of Assam. And It was a so flavorsome and well balanced. I always go low on the sugar. That brings best tea flavors for me. Liked the experience. Will visit again to taste the black tea. Thanks to the team at this facility who made this well tasting tea !“
“This place is a hidden gem. I visited this place on a weekday afternoon for a little break from working. The passionfruit green tea I ordered was delicious and even had real passion fruit in the drink.Only 1 other person was ordering for pick-up when I was at the store, and they have a kiosk for efficiency, so it didn't take long for my drink to be prepared. This is one of the better boba spots I've tried in the city, and I recommend checking them out.“
“Came here to try them out after passing by on my way to the Haight. Got one of their tea + cake drinks because it seemed interesting. Ultimately, it was underwhelming. The concept was cool but the execution did not pan out; the cake batter felt thin and was completely overpowered by the matcha to the point it might as well have not been there. The matcha itself was good and delicious though. As for ambiance, there was none. Most of the storefront is hidden away behind a fold up table as if this were still 2020 and the vibe I got from the sole guy working at the time was very "here's your drink, now go". Side note, I love their logo and branding. Its cute and fun. Kudos to whoever came up with it.“
“These folk make an interesting between a smoothie place and boba place. I got a pomegranate black tea with boba and it was an interesting mixture of textures and tastes, but I was quickly into it. I’d definitely come back again. Drinks were also relatively cheap, for SF prices. The store is a bit drab and dark. It takes minimalism a degree or two too far.“
“I don't care if this place is in the Tenderloin. I walk from da apartment to Da Hot Spot (about a mile, I live in Nob Hill) to get BoBa. Their food is pretty good too. The service is great and friendly. I don't know if the man that makes my boba owns the place, but he takes good care of everyone that walks in like he does own the place. Everything on da menu that I've tried has been good. So go there tomorrow morning and get you a boba breakfast.... That's not a real thing. I made it up. However, if you drink boba for breakfast like I do, then you can call a boba breakfast“
“My 14 years old son Ethan is obsessed with your Boba. He buys everyday after school as he goes to his after school program. Today, he rode his scooter to get all of us someAfternoon boba. His boba fell as he entered the elevator. He went back and told the staff that his boba spilled . He was prepared to buy another one but staff recognized the little black boy in dreads. They gave hîm a free free to replace. He was so happy and I thought I would write a review to just appreciate the amazing staff you have who take care of our kids while we are away. I will make him intern there since he loves your boba so much.Thank you once again and keep up the good service and best Boba in town.“
“I got the seasonal persimmon, osmanthus oolong tea, and fermented rice drink and it was so fragrant and unique. It had strips of persimmon, rather than puree, and they added a fun texture. We also tried the four seasons milk tea with oat milk and oolong jelly, which was very tasty. You can sub almond, soy, or oat milk for most of the drinks. It got very busy, so you might want to order online for pickup if you don't want to wait.“
“we got the picnic box and took it to the park. it was a great deal, convenient, and delicious. we chose the katsu sandos, mix onigiri (1 salmon 1 tuna), and takoyaki for our box, with jasmine milk tea & oolong milk tea. the food came out pretty quickly and it was really good. highly recommend as a little brunch activity with friends!“
“Since this place is located on a busy street, parking can be tricky but still manageable. Came on a weeknight and it was a bit busy. The place is family-owned by a couple. They were efficient with their service and our orders didn't take long. We ordered: - the green milk tea: the tea flavor was strong so you can't go wrong with this one! - strawberry swirl: the presentation was very appetizing. Strong strawberry taste with vibrant colors. Overall, cute family-owned boba shop with solid tea flavor and non-caffeinated drink choices! Will be back to try their other top drinks!“
“This place is adorable and really hit the spot! Yoyo was SO sweet and even gave me free mushroom soup and 2 cookies!!Pros: I really enjoyed meeting Yoyo. $19 for a bento box and bubble tea is a good value, and the meal was satisfying and filling with a lot of variety. I love the colorful, cheery feel inside as well.Cons: The food is 3.5-4 stars, but I’m giving 5 stars for the really kind people who work there and the vibe! The soup was a bit too salty for my taste, and I wish the tuna steak was more rare and had less pepper on it/had more interesting flavoring. It was encrusted with black pepper and salt. I ordered seaweed salad in my Bento box, but got regular salad; salad was good though, so not an issue.I would like to see a few more healthy and vegetarian options here. Overall, I loved the feel of this place and the people running it, so I’ll definitely be back to try more options. Wish I lived closer so I could come here more often!Vegetarian options: I really appreciated that they did not charge extra for oat milk instead of dairy; many places upcharge a lot for this. Otherwise, it is mostly fish and meat centered and vegetarian options are unfortunately limited. I wish they would add veggie gyoza (currently only chicken), a tofu sandwich, and a few other veggie options.“
