I went in on Monday after I checked into my hotel, which is literally across the street. David was my server, and was super attentive and making sure I had everything I needed. I get the same pizza when I got to CPK in my hometown in Oregon, but it was still super delicious at this location. I am planning on coming back in the near future, and will come here again. Hooefully David will still be working because he was superb!

Your average CPK, they appeared to be understaffed. However our server did the best he could to be attentive. Pizza made my teens happy, that's always a win in my book lol
options for gluten free in the states are limited, but california pizza does a decent job of gluten free pizza base, not like home pizza but enough to get by if in need of gluten free pizza in the states!

This is a great location for groups of all sizes. I've been here with a party of 10 and they were accommodating. The menu has a good variety to select from, and there are decent options for those not interested in pizza.

This place includes expensive hidden fees that they do not disclose at any time until you see the bill yourself. Then the cowardly manager tried to explain that we should have read the tourist brochure about the city? What an absolute pitiful joke. Do not let this become a thing, do not support this type of behavior. These companies should pay their employees a livable wage, not sneak in fees onto the bill. Do not tip any establishment that adds fees on top of the bill, especially if they do not disclose it at any time.Garbage practices, garbage companies, garbage managers. For absolute shame.The waitstaff and food were great. The practices of management and the company are sinister and foul.

We love visiting your restaurant chain. Your place was always delicious and cozy. But today when we came to your cafe in SF we were unpleasantly surprised. Dirty tables, menus with traces of grease. Terrible food, I haven't tried anything worse. We ordered a pizza that had a couple of pieces of not fresh, dry chicken, one on each slice. There was no cheese at all, dry bread and disgusting BBQ sauce. The shrimp salad consisted of cabbage and cold frozen shrimp tails. Probably from the nearest Safeway. It’s a shame. I don’t understand whether these changes are happening across the entire network or just in this cafe? Only the waiter smoothed over the terrible impression of this place a little. He was very kind.
