We love visiting your restaurant chain. Your place was always delicious and cozy. But today when we came to your cafe in SF we were unpleasantly surprised. Dirty tables, menus with traces of grease. Terrible food, I haven't tried anything worse. We ordered a pizza that had a couple of pieces of not fresh, dry chicken, one on each slice. We had a family lunch here after going to SFMOMA. We had salad & ? pizza. There was a chef watching the door fir new guests. He had a great personality, he knew about the Rewards card as our server did not. The salad were good. We went Hawaiian pizza. It seemed different. Overall it was a good experience .

This is a great location for groups of all sizes. I've been here with a party of 10 and they were accommodating. The menu has a good variety to select from, and there are decent options for those not interested in pizza.
