Penny Roma is my favorite restaurant in SF. While they don't have my favorite single dish in the city, the overall average is super high. Tried the tasting menu for SF restaurant week and it was fabulous. Perfect amount of food. Loved every dish. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and music as well. Would definitely come back.

10/10 would recommend the Party Table, located inside the Pasta Shop, especially if you're looking for something intimate with friends.
