The Chongqing noodle is great! Fragrant but not too spicy. The chicken feet with pickles pepper is a good snack too! We went right when they were opening, service is warm and friendly!
I love the Chongqing Noodle Soup (重庆面）, incredibly flavorful, chewy fresh noodles, and a good burn that keeps you wanting another bite. Also picked up the Lamb Skewers which were a good compliment to the soup. The lamb is a little on the chewy side, but it really reminded me of grabbing skewers at a Uyghur street stall.

Ordered the GuiLin Noodles which is one of the only non-spicy options. The noodles were amazing and perfectly textured and the beef came right off the giant bone they gave. The taste was amazing and very tender. The soup was also really good but just a tad bit salty. The staff was very friendly as well. The only thing bad is that when I went to the back to use the restroom, I saw flies around the tub of noodles they had.
