Chef Emily hosted a team offsite and taught us how to make laksa. Our team had a broad range of experience, from people experienced in making Asian food to those whose most advanced cooking experience was using a microwave - in spite of this, she made it fun and engaging for everyone! I love what this company is attempting to do and wish them great success. However I hope the flavors improve or perhaps we ordered less flavorful items. The black pepper crab was very salty and didn't have enough heat or complexity. Overall I think Limetree's crab is more flavorful. The preserved radish bao was pretty good. Service was EXCELLENT.
