“Mashaallah started out as a food truck but now has a stall in the food court of Westfield San Francisco. Despite its humble appearance, this small business offered some of the best Pakistani food I've had in the city from its steam table of freshly-prepared meat and vegetable curries. A star dish here (which came recommended by Soleil Ho) was the Lamb Korma, made of super tender, lean, meaty chunks of lamb in a spiced curry. On my combination plate, I also got the Chana Masala (chickpea curry) and the Palak Paneer (cheese cubes in a velvety puréed spinach sauce), served along with rice. Every item was delicately spiced and flavorful without being too salty, and the garnishes of raw onion and cilantro brought out the freshness of the dishes. On the side, I also had an order of Garlic Naan (another star item), which was perfectly soft and chewy and had a wonderful flavor and aroma from the garlic and herbs. Overall, the food here was absolutely delicious, and the owners were so friendly and hospitable too!“
“1st at all.. I wanted to try this restaurant many times but always I had something to do.. so I've booked here @Yelp for Tuesday.. but it's closed. Actually Monday and Tuesday's are closed. I've finally tried their Quesabirrias... AMAZING!. They taste delicious. I've also order Jamaica water and is perfect. The place is NEAT, good relaxed ambiance with very low noise levels, which for me it's a must. Also, the waitress is super sweet. I'll be back for more food bc I had a late breakfast so my stomach got full with 2 (of 3) Quesabirrias and I'm saving space for the flan!. Flan: it was all my kind because it's in the side of more consistent thick desert. Really tasty I dessert“
“Very very good service!! Our server was named Gurvinder, and he was so welcoming and kind!! He Took very good care of us, and the food was delicious! My family and I had an amazing experience and definitely reccomend coming here.Vegetarian options: There are tons of vegetarian options, and Gurvinder helped us a ton with deciding what items to get and told us how each item was made so that we had a good idea of what each menu item was and if it was fit for our taste or not. We got many different things, like dal, paneer makhni, bhindi bhaji, raita, and nan. Each dish came with rice, which was great! There was a good drink and desert selection.“
“Kiss My Seoul is a great reason to come to the alley across from Hall of Justice, even if you don't have jury duty. A very well priced, very large bowl of food, with many ingredients. I had the pork, it was seasoned beautifully. This is now my go-to when I want "Seoul Food". ??“
“Siska is a truly amazing chef, who gives her all to her food and you can taste the quality of cooking and love in every bite. She knows how to feed large groups of people in any condition you throw at her, and you can always be sure the food will be delicious!“
“We hired Jason to cook and serve two paellas for a Christmas party. His paella is delicious, made with fresh and creative ingredients, and beautifully prepared! Our guests really enjoyed the food! Jason was also very responsive and easy to work with in planning the event. We highly recommend him and look forward to another paella party in the future!“
“Hired Hedge coffee for a private event. They accommodated my special timing. Thier coffee was just divine, so smooth and tasty. My team members were very impressed with them. Fantastic friendly service as well. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.“
“Ordered BBQ catering for a Christmas party. Everything was amazing, on time, great communication and easy. I paid via invoice, and then just showed up to pick up everything. Would order again! Brisket, chicken, and mac and cheese were all delicious.“
“This has become one of our top food delivery spots. Their palak paneer (the spinach with cheese) is so delicious, me and my boyfriend have now agreed to order two each time since we inhale one too quickly. We also love the Nepalese dumplings.“
“The small shop offers a large selection of foods in the menu with interesting Mexican drinks on the shelf. The host is very friendly. I ordered a Latin bowl, and it is tasty, healthy in a big portion. Will certainly come back to try other items.“
“Creperie Saint Germain had served crepes for us at our company and it was such a success. They had a lot of options for me which is not usually the case since I have gluten-free restricted diet. Their crepes are awesome, the crepe bar was a great idea to have in the office. And the holiday theme was looking awesome.“
“Every sandwich I've had here, my eyes close and I nod approvingly. My day gets better, colors become more vivid, and the world becomes a better place. Everyone working there deserves to be billionaires, but ones that still pride themselves on making sandwiches forever, not the billionaires retiring to an estate in Marin where they drive a Mercedes G Wagon to pilates with their personal trainer named Harmony or Bodhi or Magnesium or something.“
“Chef Emily hosted a team offsite and taught us how to make laksa. Our team had a broad range of experience, from people experienced in making Asian food to those whose most advanced cooking experience was using a microwave - in spite of this, she made it fun and engaging for everyone! It was super informative on Singaporean cuisine and culture, as well as what it’s like working in and being an owner in the food industry. Thanks again for an amazing experience! (and sorry we only took awful photos lol)“
“Laetitia and her crew came to Google, to boost team morale and fill us up with DELICIOUS crêpes. My teammates have not stopped raving about how amazing they were and have already begged me to bring them back to campus for round 2! Laetitia is easy to contact and communicate with. Her team set up in under an hour and were very prepared to serve as the lines built. I personally cannot wait for them to come back. It was such a hit and so reasonably priced. I highly recommend asking them to cater your next event!“
“I used Burke and Black for a 500+ person gala event and they did a beyond amazing job! The charcuterie, cheese, and dessert layout was elevated, pristine, and attractive. Nicole and her team are so easy to work with - they are passionate professionals who know exactly what they're doing. Highly recommend them to anyone whose planning a big event (or even a small party) and needs some charcuterie magic.“
“We could not have asked for a better experience, or better food. Their food is absolutely amazing, and their service was exceptional. The scheduling / office staff were so helpful, kind, and patient. Our wedding was two years ago and we still reminisce about how smooth everything went.On our wedding day, my wife and I only had the opportunity to eat so much, as there was a lot going on. I reached out to Above and Beyond to see if I might be able to surprise my wife on our anniversary with the meal we ate on our wedding night. They went all out and made this such a special surprise! I can’t explain how nostalgic it was for us to be able to eat that meal again (very seriously, their beef tips marsala is to die for). They even wrote us a card wishing us a happy anniversary and gave us some cookies for dessert that our children promptly stole from us.Again, we could not have asked for anything better. We are so grateful for Above and Beyond!“
“Very attentive, fast, and kind service for Korean catering! The best part of this place includes the level of ease and efficiency they provide in getting your order, payment, and pickup situated properly. The food is pretty good (I had it a little cold/late) and I recommend it for people looking for a place thats reliable and can make your needs more fitted!“
“We booked our event with Fork & Spoon at a relatively late date so there was a bit of urgency, and they were fantastic. Super nice, responsive, and easy to work with. The food was delicious and the service they provided was stellar. Highly recommended!“
“The Swedish candy is overpriced, but the service and staff are so helpful. All of the candy are in little jars and the workers scoop some in a plastic clear bag for you. Just remember that Swedish candy is a TikTok trend so the place will be busy, when I went they were all in stock. Try the bubs“
“I completely enjoyed the meal I had here recently. All of the food was delicious, the young man who was our waiter was incredibly attentive. The restaurant was empty other than our group of three, but we could see the kitchen was quite busy with takeout orders - it was a very rainy night. We each ordered an entree and only one appetizer and had food leftover. They brought us a complimentary gulab jamun, which I never order as I’ve rarely enjoyed it, but I was quite grateful as it was soooo delicious- rarely is that dessert served warm. What a treat!I’m glad it’s my local, I look forward to my next visit.Dietary restrictions: My friend dining with us is very spice sensitive. She expressed her concerns before ordering and was very happy with her meal.“
“Staying in Chinatown, it was harder to find a vegetarian breakfast/brunch nearby than I expected. K Five Fifty is an unassuming counter in the expansive lobby of 550 Kearny. Turns out it's a full kitchen with a chef cooking to order, although some items are packaged for grab and go. The menu is brief but flexible. I had the avocado toast. It includes poached eggs, but he was happy to scramble them for me. I'm guessing you can make this vegan by swapping the eggs for one of the sides. Friendly proprietor, great service, and excellent value. All the ingredients were fresh and the toast was an excellent crispy whole grain sour dough that held up to the thick avocado. As far as ambiance, I was content to chill out and read to the sound of the chef chopping his mis en place and the muted lobby muzak.“
“GGC recently catered two events for me. One with 150 guests and one with 410 guests. Both events were perfect! Everyone was blown away by the food and left full and happy. Leading up to the event, the staff was super quick to respond, very accommodating and a delight to work with. I will be using them again in the future for sure. Shout out to Kelly and Amanda for all their support!“
“Really nice and small cafe shop in an office building. Run by an older Asian couple who are extremely friendly and basically feel like family. The food is all handmade fresh and relatively cheap. I always go for breakfast or the amazingly priced quality burger. I think it’s the cheeseburger that’s under 7$.They have lots of other stuff like gum cough drops, ice cream fridge and a big drink fridge.Highly suggest checking it out if you work nearby, it’s out of the way though so maybe this review is for those who are in the surrounding buildings.Parking: Can park on the opposite side lot. Or street parking across.Kid-friendliness: Nice to all ages. Lots of treats.Wheelchair accessibility: From sidewalk you can get in easily.“
“Had the bbq sub and what I can say is that was the best sandwich I have had in a long time. Service was excellent and the whole place was extremely clean. I really recommend coming here because all I can say is that I will definitely be coming back here.“
“La Mediterranee in San Francisco is a true taste of the Mediterranean. From the cozy atmosphere to the delicious dishes, it's a spot I can't wait to return to. Make sure to try their Mediterranean breakfast—it's a delightful way to start your day. Highly recommended for anyone seeking Mediterranean foods in the city.“
“I used to work at the Hunters Point Brewery when I first learned of Vasquez Coffee and I fell in love! The coffee was so delicious I could drink it black. I was even more thrilled to find out that the roaster is a Latina woman from the Mission. Now we are partnering and serving her amazing coffee in our new cafe - One Love!“
“What a cute lil spot! These empanadas are delish, and creative - I loved the imprint of "Venga" on each of them. I got the Sweet Corn, snd the Argentine Beef empanadas. The chimichurri style dip was great with the sweet corn, while the Chipotle dip was great with the beef. The guy running the shop was very nice, and suggested the pairing for the dips to each empanada. Stop by here for a quick bite, or pick up an assortment of these delightful empanadas.“
“WHEN: wednesday ~ August 30, 2023 Ordered through postmates so review is not reflective of in person dining. Got the chicken shawarma plate that comes with spiced rice, chicken shawarma, roasted/pickled veggies, and a yellow sauce. The size of bowl is quite big. The meat is tender and flavorful. I especially liked the rice. It's pretty oily though. The yellow sauce was a pass for me, but the dish was really flavorful on its own. Saw some reviews saying the falafel was good so I would try that next time!“

“Had a very positive experience with Bi-Rite catering! Not only did they deliver right on time, but they had so many delicious food items to choose from. The best thing is that they help the community! I work for a non-profit in San Francisco and they were able to donate for our hard working volunteers. We are very thankful and plan to keep ordering from them in the future.“
“Everything was great from beginning to end. From deciding what to order, to dealing with our office building's insurance requirements, to set up and clean up, to being on time, everything was done perfectly. Plus the food was great and the server and bartender were polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend.“
“Yummy food and a welcoming staff. I enjoy coming here with my son. I especially like the beef and curry chicken patties. The staff is very warm, the music is nice, and the hot food feels good to eat on a cold afternoon.I know Peaches is a lunch spot, but I wish they would open earlier so I can have these for breakfast before work too.“
“Day catered our breakfast and lunch for a film shoot in San Francisco. She takes the greatest care to make sure everyone's dietary meets were met, and that the food is delivered on time, hot and ready to serve. The food was great and such a value for the $$. She'll be my first call, always! Thank You Day!!!“
“I can't really call this place a hidden gem in the mission but for what it's worth, the ratings do justice to how great the food is. The cuisine and flavors and unpredictable and interesting. The ambiance is jovial, inviting, not fancy but bustling. Service is knowledge and has good insight into menu and secret menu. My favorite dishes were the mole, tacos (minus the fish one), and the churro with coconut ice cream. Highly recommend this spot, the mole is incredible! Prices are also reasonable for this type of culinary experience. Presentation of the dishes is innovative and pleasant on the eye. Daily happy hour from 4-6 is also a hit.“
