Nice ambience, solid friendly service. I'd come here again. Good for a date night. Extensive wine list, would order the margarita pie next time.Skip the castelvetrano olives, nothing special. Chicken liver crostini was solid, good ratio of liver to toast, and the little radish and olive on the plate was nice. You do taste the liver though, don't get me wrong.Gnocchi with nettle pesto was very good, nice texture on the gnocchi, not too firm or bouncy. Pesto and fonduta were rich, the chanterelles adds needed textural and flavor contrast. Pizza with fungi was solid but I'd recommend the margherita next time for more contrast with the acid of the tomatoes. The crust is really good here, nice chew, solid base with a little droop. The fungi pizza was just a little one note with the richness from the cheese and a little savoriness from the mushrooms, missing some acid for freshness for balance.Market price on the 1lbs roasted snapper (other option was sea bream) was $42. Nice firm flesh and they remove the central bone in advance. The preserved Meyer lemon on the side was only ok, the parsley sauce was better, the grilled scallions quite good. We picked the cabbage with bagna cauda for our side - great execution/char on the cabbage, the sauce was savory without tasting fishy at all with some crouton/crispy breadcrumbs for contrast. Highly recommend the cabbage.Buttermilk panna cotta nailed the texture but my table mates commented that it just felt like Greek yogurt given the tang and that's fair. It's hard to get the passion fruit on the spoon so it's a bit of a waste. For the brown butter gelato and blood orange sorbet to, the gelato was better imo, more depth of flavor, quite dense, but it overall tasted more milky like a fior di latte with just a touch of nutty brown butter at the end. I wonder if they add more milk solids to the butter to bump that up. Blood orange could have been more orange-y, get some oil extraction of the peels or something.

Fantastic meal to celebrate the closing of a deal. The wine list is impeccable with a variety that everyone will love. We got the Barolo from Piedmonte area of Italy. Shared some small plates, the one that stands out the most was the Pate on a crostini. We shared the pasta with Dungeness crab, for our main dish. We all ordered something different. I particularly loved the duck. Dessert affogato to and a dessert wine.We got to sit in a booth which made it extremely comfortable to chat with each other and have some privacy.

Honestly was hoping for a better dining experience. #the service and ambience was great but the food flavor quantity and taste were really a large disappointment - started with the insalata, mackerel and calamari appetizers - salad was underdressed no real variation other then mixed greens and a few walnuts and barely shaved parm - mackerel was a huge disappointment and we ordered from recommendation of hostess. Three dry mackerel pieces almost like fish jerky sitting on a plate of olive oil and untoasted pine nuts - fish was dry and fishy and there was no acidity to balance the flavors needed some serious lemon - calamari was served grilled with white beans - again lacked salt and acidity very bland - for entree had the mushroom pizza (mushrooms were very dry) and the bone in short rib with a potato and Thistle (artichoke) gratin - short rib was incredibly fatty and too rich - looked great but again had no seasoning - gratin are usually creamy and Lucious - this was dry and layers stuck together - really disappointed all around with the food for a place I used to really like

We had a wonderful birthday dinner eating at one of the quieter tables and spacious booths. The pizza was delicious. Because the kitchen was slower than usual, they brought us complimentary olives and a dessert. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. A nice evening for special occasion.

I love the "energetic" category for noise level. Yeah, it was pretty energetic at Delfina last night. I'm practically hoarse from yelling a conversation with my partner two feet away. It's such a lovely place; the food is great, the waitstaff very cool and vigilant without hovering. But someone was pulling out all their heavy metal favorites. Didn't quite seem to jive.

This was our first visit. Dinner was delicious and service awesome. Top quality! I don't think there is anything on the menu that's not going to be yummy. We can't wait to go back and try more on the menu. The Panacotta was the best we've ever had and we've had a lot . Cheers

From the food to our service we had an amazing experience. It was a cold, rainy night out yet we somehow stayed warm in the parklet. we started with the warm olives and the whitefish, deviled eggs. And a delicious cocktail, all of which was delicious for the main entrée. We shared the squid in pasta with seasonal Dungeness crab and two ant pastas. The salt cod, and the calamari. As a pescatarian I loved having so many options.

The old Delfina was always a fave — the new remodeled Delfina is a very cool space with a great bar and the staff is still awesome ?? Love the chicory salad and spaghetti pomodoro, but really everything is tasty.

We had a wonderful dinner, my friend ordered the ceasar salad and I had the Campo salad which was phenomenal. I would return just to have that salad again. For mains, my frend had the spaghetti pomodoro and I had the mushroom pizza. She finished her pasta, and I have left over pizza to look forward to. Our server was excellent, professional, and must have been keeping an eye on our table as he always seemed to appear at just the right times. Other than our own server, we found the staff, to a person to be very friendly. Clearly a well managed restaurant. We were both very happy we came here and plan to return.

We ate in the outdoor parklet which, even during a rainy storm, was dry, warm and beautifully lit. As always the service and food surpassed our expectations at Delfina. The texture of each homemade pasta dish was to perfection with nuanced, flavorful sauces to accompany. The dessert (Passion Fruit Panna Cotta) recommended by our attentive waiter was on another level of creamy, smooth, just the right amount of tangy fruit. 5 stars yet again. Thank you Delfina!

Menu is solid but appears to be a mix of the old Delfina and Locanda menu's. New space is nice more contemporary but has lost some of the old Delfina charm and neighborhood vibe imo.

The service, food and ambiance met or exceeded our expectations. The main reason for the lower scores is our table for two was seated near a table for large parties. For 90 minutes we endured two large and loud speaking dining groups. Otherwise, our dining experience would have been exceptional.

We were reluctant to order our antipasto and main dishes at the same time because we did not want them to overlap, that is, for the server to bring the mains while we were still eating our first courses. He assured us that he would space them out. Unfortunately, he did not. While we were half-way through our first course, the server brought our main courses, which of course got cold while we finished our firsts. Incredibly disappointing service, especially in light of the quality of the food (excellent) and the prices (high). I would recommend Delfina, but would insist on not ordering the mains until the first courses are eaten.
