Waiter has a ROUGH day. Won’t out him. I asked for cream and sugar. He brings cream only. I asked for potatoes, he brings me salad. I ask for bacon, he forgets that too. I ask for decaf as caffeinated coffee gives me headaches. He refills it with caffeinated and here I sit with a headache. I have ADHD. Maybe he needs my meds?

Staying in town we decided to have breakfast here and it was delicious. I had the avocado toast with an egg and a side salad and it tasted unique and so good. Highly recommend.

I placed an order to go at the front podium, gave her my name and waited outside the front door for about 30 mins..I finally went back inside to inquire about my order and it was sitting in a bag ready but no one came out to bring it to me or call my name to let me know it was ready. Food is great but take out service could

We used to eat here at least once a week before the renovation/change in ownership. Most of the good reviews are for the old ownershipWas super disappointed they changed the menu to the degree I no longer want to eat here. Even the breakfast sandwich (something you can take away easily) comes with sides and two yolks that just cause a huge mess when trying to eat. Breakfast sandwiches should be easy to eat on the go. Also the potatoes it came with were just little irregular fried bits of potato, not normal, consistent sizes. I felt like we got leftovers. The sandwich was more expensive at $18 and less satisfying now. The base sandwich is just eggs cheese and greens on bread. No avo or bacon or anything else. That’s expensive and not a good value to me. They also no longer have chicken and waffles. I mention bc that was something ppl previously reviewed highly (and I enjoyed). Tostaquilles were under seasoned and underwhelming.!The new owners overhauled the menu too much imo - to a fault. I haven’t been here since the one time I tried after they reopened. We eat bfast at other spots in the neighborhood now

I was blown away by this diner’s incredible atmosphere and scrumptious fried chicken sandwich. The place is spotlessly clean, creating a welcoming vibe from the moment you step in. The staff is friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. Now, let's talk about the chicken sandwich – it's an absolute delight! Perfectly cooked and flavorful. If you're a fan of great food in a clean and cozy setting, this diner is a must-try. Highly recommended!

Like a Phoenix from the flame the renewed “EATS” truly gets you back in the breakfast groove. The friendly staff and great food makes this a great stop. From the basic breakfast to a Thai chicken sandwich you will find something you like.I’ve added it to my required rotation.

We came here on 12/17 at around 1:00PM. They were incredibly busy, and were handling customers quickly, and respectfully. It was a little too loud inside for us, so we opted to sit outside under their heaters. From what we saw inside and in our trips to bathroom, it was a decent atmosphere with lots of plants— but the music was just too loud and (IMO) off base for their brand. Anyways, the heaters kept us very warm and we like to people watch. The man who greeted us, I didn’t catch his name, was the best. He was so sweet and even moved us later on to get the both of us under the heater rather than one of us. He was friendly, and had a lovely attitude. The food was incredible. The dressing on the salad is light and tangy, perfect for brunch. Eggs were soft and cooked in olive oil. The pancakes are fluffy and quite filling. It’s served with real maple syrup which we really enjoyed. We also tried the crispy potatoes which went perfectly with their house made hot sauce. Please don’t leave without trying it! My girlfriend loved her breakfast sandwich also. We were very happy. Our server, Aili (It’s what was on the receipt) was quick and efficient. She was quite busy, and her demeanor made that clear. Every time she visited our table she looked like she desperately needed to get to the next thing, which is fine, but not exactly great customer service. I’m sure she meant no harm, and again she did everything well and we received everything but she was just not very friendly. The man working the floor alongside her was chatting with locals, checking in on everyone, and looked genuinely happy to be there. As servers, we know what to do and what to look for in a good place and Eats is definitely a solid 5.

Went with my SO, enjoyed the location and atmosphere during the lunch rush, small wait on a Sunday, not too bad and pretty usual. Food was brought back within 10-15 minutes. My food was delicious however my SO's food was too salty and while I have a higher salt tolerance than her, it was still salty for me after a few bites when we switched dishes, when we told our waitress about it they let her choose another dish which was more to her liking, maybe the cook put more salt than usual, it happens, but the way it was handled was great. I recommend! I really enjoyed the dish that had eggs, chorizo, and some sort of tortilla below it.
