Good for groups and kids. Went with a group of five with four of the five being kids and everything was great... staff was super nice and friendly and the food was super!!!! The ambiance is extremely relaxed as well!

Great food, great ambiance, and really kind staff! My go-to spot for when I'm craving some pasta!

We have been going to Emmy's since she had her location, down a few blocks on Virginia Street. TO BE TOTALLY HONEST! If I had to choose my "last supper" here on earth. It would be the Spaghetti and Meatballs. Hands down the BEST I have ever had. Perfectly cooked pasta, plus AMAZING sauce! The cappers in the meatballs, nice touch! Absolute perfection. And NOW that I do not eat red meat. They have Beyond Meatballs as a fantastic substitute. If you have NEVER tried this San Francisco jewel. You're missing out!

Emmys spaghetti shack is a neighborhood favorite or ours for the vibes and fun atmosphere. I wouldn't say we got there for the food (which is always decent) but for the cocktails (Dolly Parton cocktail with a cowboy hat is so good) and staff are always super friendly and hilarious.

Good food, good vibes, service generally good but the waiter could have been slightly friendlier.

I took my team here for a post-conference celebration and it was perfect! The staff took very good care of us, the elevated comfort food was just what we needed after a week in a hotel, and the atmosphere was fun and energetic. Thank you Emmys!

Super cute, funky, eclectic spot. I love the decor, it's cozy and chaotic yet comforting. The staff is really great, everyone is super kind and attentive. Not a long wait if you show you prime time for a table, great bar seating. The best for last, the drinks are strong, tasty and the Rasta pasta was delicious. No need to get the garlic bread unless you really want it, they give you complimentary focaccia bread.

Giant portion of spaghetti, but the taste was underwhelming. The pasta was very soft and the sauce was very plain. The mozzarella balls and garlic bread were good, and they also serve complimentary focaccia. The drink menu has some unique cocktails and even a couple mocktail selections. I got the siren which was supposed to be low ABV but it was a little strong, so the regular drinks are probably stronger. There is a fun Photo Booth in the back of the restaurant near the bathroom.

Great service and staff is very friendly. Food was okay but were spoiled with good Italian in this city which make it hard to return here

Dietary restrictions: Non dairy options available for me. They were able to work with friends. Nightshade allergies.Kid-friendliness: They have kids eat free Tuesday. Seemed very welcoming to kids.

Great experience and very solid spaghetti! Loved the vibe! Definitely a highlight on a very good stretch of restaurants on Mission.
