I go here pretty regularly after the gym for a Nashvilled fried chicken sandwich and a beer and they're amazing! The chicken sandwich is fried to perfection and really tasty (and the portions are very generous). The beers are local and always changing, and you can taste before you buy. They also have many TVs with SF and other national sports on.
There's a unique world of Fried Chicken that exists within the San Francisco city walls. It's diverse in its many cultural offerings and unique styles and presentations. Instead of trying to recount all the fried chicken offerings I found in SF, I will just cut to the chase and tell you Foghorn Taproom is at the very top of any fried chicken list in SF. I want to give this place a 4.4 starts (I can't select fractional stars on google). Simple good customer service stands out the most. Place is homey, maybe I'd like it a little more modern sometimes, but it wasn't a deal breaker, I would come back for a casual drink. I'd probably come here a lot on Fridays if I lived closer though. Good selection on tap. I didn't eat any food so I can't rate it.
