My favorite coffee shop in the area. Nice ambiance, friendly employees, and great tea and matcha. Only downside is that wifi isn’t great when many people are there. Still a great spot though to relax, read, work, or catch up with friends on a weekend morning.
Great ambience, but the espresso was mediocre. The barista didn’t really seem to know what they were doing with the machine and was frequently consulting with someone else. I get that people have to learn somehow, but it felt like this person was being trained at the expense of anyone coming in for a coffee. There isn’t a better cafe in SF (and possibly the world over) in which to laptop. Owner has this place absolutely dialed.. decor, espresso drinks, music volume, consistently vibe-aligned clientele.
