This is review for a Doordash order so I cannot comment on their service or anything else aside from their food. I should also preface that I'm not usually into bowls aside from poke bowls and have to say this place ain't it. While visiting the offices at One California building in San Francisco, I stopped off to grab a sandwich at Ladle & Leaf. The cafe offers both sandwiches and soups. The cafe has no indoor seating but offers exterior seating. The cafe also has salads, beverages, and half order of sandwiches. The Embarcadero Ferry Building is conveniently located.

A place where you can avoid the rain on a rainy day but soak bread in warm soup while listening to the sound of rain. I starved for 14 hours and ate two by myself. The chicken chowder soup and tomato basil bisque were both excellent. I wish it was there in Korea too.
