Very casual and unpretentious but the food is glorious. Has thrived for about 25 years.Parking: Challenging. Allow time. Or take Lyft, Uber, or the bus if you can.Wheelchair accessibility: Outside seating is accessible, inside would be a tight squeeze.“

“This place is a ridiculous gem of a spot. Rather unassuming from the outside, but inside is a super focused, stylish and capable kitchen turning out a small menu of greatness. It almost goes without saying that this is not grocery store rotisserie chicken. You actually get crispy skin here, non generic seasoning and nosiness throughout. It's also served with fresh mint and cilantro, and all the chimichurri you can stand. The sides are impeccable with next level roasted broccoli and Brussels, both also served with herbs and bright sauces. All wrapped it up with really great service. Date night-level ambiance too! Only thing is you need to be ready for stinky leftovers because the amount of cruciferous veggies (cauliflower, sprouts, broccoli) you can get, but it's worth it.“

“If the breakfast sandwich at Iggy's were a movie, it could win an Oscar and all the ingredients would be nominated in their categories. The romantic lead must be the roast pork, mildly seasoned with "Middle Eastern ingredients," the man behind the counter said. Za'atar? Harissa? You got me. The love interest would be the eggs, lightly stirred and perfectly rendered. The wise 3rd party who keeps their relationship together would be the Rize Up Sourdough, a find in itself, perfectly toasted, soft in parts and crunchy in others. Arugula, tomato, red onion, and aioli round out the cast and each one hits a note of perfection. I'm only sad because I'm too full to eat another one right now. Not that it matters but the service is super-professional. They could throw the food at me from a passing Segway and I'd be back. Both the man who took my order and brought it out to me, and the owner Anna, checked in to see how things were. Why is it that when there's a problem no one checks, and when things are perfect, someone asks? (I know why). Also great ambiance, a quiet table outside on a beautiful spring day in our city. Some vintage easy soft jazz on the speakers, the song that played as I downed the last bite was Johnny Mathis' "Stairway to the Stars." He grew up just blocks from Iggy's. Coincidence, or just a perfect harmonic convergence? Go get an Iggy's breakfast sando and you be the judge.“

“As a pizza connoisseur, when I heard about Roman style pizza, 'pinsa', with a different dough, I was immediately curious. As they note on their website, pinsa dough is made from a combination of soy flour, rice flour, and wheat flour, creating a crust that is light yet crunchy and satisfying. We ordered the Formaggio di Capra e Spinaci for some greens to go with, and then got the Quattro Formaggi and Prosciutto e Fichi for our pinsas.I find salads from pizza places to be very hit or miss; and Gusto Pinsa's salad was certainly a hit. The salad was perfectly dressed - it had a ton of flavor with the dressing, tomatoes, goat cheese, cranberries and walnuts coming together to provide an interesting textural contrast, with a nice hit of black pepper. The pinsas were the star of the meal though, as expected. Although I'm not the biggest fan of cheese only pizzas, the Quattro Formaggi was excellent! It was super cheesy and salty (in the perfect way), and the splotches of sauce provided nice balance to the saltiness of the cheese. The Prosciutto e Fichi was the preferred pinsa by myself and my partner, with the prosciutto and fig glaze providing a nice saltiness and sweetness that contrasted very well with the Quattro Formaggi. If you haven't tried Roman style pinsa yet, what are you waiting for? These pinsas were delicious and somehow felt much lighter than eating a regular pizza. We will be back!“

“Came on a Tuesday night with the family. We're always on the hunt for high quality, good value sushi. Fish is very fresh, rice on rolls and nigiri were perfectly proportional to the fish (not a fan of places that pile on the rice). We took advantage of happy hour and ordered a wide variety to ensure a good sample size. Even ordered a dinner entree, which was excellent. This place made it on our family Approved Restaurant List (ARL), so we will definitely be back for future meals.“

“Great food and perfect level of service. We stopped by on new year's day between lunch and dinner time and they were mostly available. Within half an hour all the tables got filled and the place became vibrant! We tried the chicken dish with a side of teriyaki sauce (they don't have it on the menu, but they serve it if you ask), the ribeye steak dish, Ginza roll and the spicy maguro don. All dishes were excellent, I loved the ribeye pieces, very tender and good quality. The squid ink tobiko on the Ginza roll was very interesting and the sashimi rice bowl was fresh. The house salad was beautifully prepared and the sauce was amazing. Overall a great sushi place and we'll be back!“

“It is my first time to complain, I have always ordered food through Uber Eats and the presentation has been excellent and on 03/03/2024 I ordered dinner and it arrived so cold, a bad presentation, the taqueria-style food, I honestly did not like it, it always came better presented the lemon inside a bag so that the seeds do not come out, the food with something thermal so that it does not cool down quickly. And this time it was terrible, it was the worst delivery I received from the restaurant, I honestly felt very uncomfortable because it is not the first time We ordered food from Porto Fino ? and it wasn't the delivery person's fault because he arrived very quickly and was very efficient ?“

“my friend and i went here for the last breakfast on our vacation and we seriously loved it! my friend even said "if i lived here i'd eat here all the time." the food was fresh and well made, and the spicy mayo was just a kiss of spice, not hot at all, and very creamy. their coffee was expertly made, as i'm sitting here writing this my friend just said "that was a really good coffee i'm still thinking about it" the server was also very sweet and friendly! the shop is a little hard to find because they don't have "enter the cafe" branding, so it's best to just go by the address. but it's a cute little corner cafe, well decorated and clean but very small so exercise caution if you're a larger group. if you're visiting sanfran i highly recommend this place esp if you need a quick breakfast or drink between excursions!“

“This was our first time there, the staff was really really nice, they got our order correct. They have what I called a"problem menu" the problem is everything on the menu is so good and I want everything, lol. The food was delicious, from the burger to the salad to their delicious fries to the awesome philly cheesesteak. They make their own ranch dressing and it's a jalapeno ranch dressing that is to die for. We will definitely be coming back soon.“
