Excellent take on Indian food near Performing Arts. We recently enjoyed a less hectic meal before SF Jazz. You have to try the Dahl Puri, which was unique blend of crispy, sour and sweet. Beware the heat of the Chicken 65! It's delicious, but should probably be consumed with lots of milk or other dairy to tamp down the heat. We then were served our entree. We booked table for 5 tonight on short notice and are pleased we did. The service was friendly but a tad slow -thus the 4 star review. Food was superb and we all loved the Garlic cheese Naan.

Shukan mela de Mela Tandoori Kitchen. Mela means festival, and once you walk the restaurant, you can feel the festival's energy, lights, and colorful ambiance. Now again, don't forget you came to eat here, and for sure we will recommend Delicious falooda with an excellent presentation--also, Tava bhindi, chicken tikka, chicken qorma, pasanda qorma with kulcha or tandoori roti.
