TL;DR: You have to experience the food here and ask about the history and culture of the this beautiful restaurant.Apparently the only ‘Pinsa’ place in the vicinity. Possibly the country. It’s the apparently the Roman interpretation of a Pizza or a Flatbread. A sort of a cousin to Pizza.Tastes freaking awesome. The fluffy yet well done bread, sauce, cheese were great. We had a late lunch with a large party. The food was very good and service was excellent. Our server did a wonderful job providing the suggestions we needed. We split three pizzas, some meatballs, bread and soft cheese.The neighborhood was definitely sketchy but we didn’t have any issues with anyone. Once inside the cute restaurant we forgot about what was outside.
