A bit more upscale and pricier than my usual burger spot, but that's more a reflection of SF than this specific place, in my opinion. The atmosphere and service were pretty good, and they serve great burgers. One thing that stood out is they'll cook the burgers rare, which is becoming increasingly rare, no pun intended. It's quite challenging to find places that are willing to serve a genuinely rare burger.
It's a bit more upscale and pricier than I'd prefer, particularly for a burger spot, but that seems to be more of a San Francisco trend than an issue specific to this restaurant. The atmosphere is pretty good, and the service is commendable. They serve good burgers. Additionally, they're open to cooking them rare, which is increasingly hard to find. It's a rarity to stumble upon spots willing to serve a genuine rare burger these days.
