The restaurant was full at lunchtime on a Monday. There was a short wait before I was seated. I ordered a wonton soup $8 and a crispy tomato beef noodles $13.75. It took about five minutes for the soup to come out and another 15 minutes for the crispy noodles to arrive. The wontons were tasty with pieces of minced meat and shrimp. The green onion twist bread (choong yow bao) are the BEST. If you get them fresh, they're warm, soft, slightly sweet and savory. Reminds me of childhood every single time. They do in fact alter brain chemistry, and even when I'm over 500 miles away I still wake up and think about these delicious rolls.
