It's a bit barren and not cozy feeling inside the restaurant but Garlic Noodles are fire! Whoever's in the back cooks these things mean man!! Best Garlic Noodles I've had in the city.

I reviewed on Yelp years ago, but Perilla's deserves the stars here. By far, they have the most succulent and best tasting 5 Spice Chicken that I've tried in the city. The meat is so juicy and tender and the skin makes it reminiscent of roasted duck. There's something about their simple presentation on the plate that also makes it great.
