Pretty decent place for weekend brunch and bottomless mimosas! Came here with a party of 5 for bottomless mimosas on a Saturday morning. With a reservation, we got seated immediately at ~11:15am. What we got: - Avocado summer rolls. The peanut sauce that came with the rolls were soo good! We ended up keeping the sauce for later use! - Yellow Curry w/ Chicken. Paired with the white rice the yellow curry was really good. The coconut milk base added creaminess and sweetness to the curry. It was so good, you could hardly recognize that there were peas in the curry! - Drunken Noodles w/ Chicken. This dish was my favorite! The dish was well-flavored and seasoned. By the time the plate was gone, I had to steal some from my friend's plate for more! - Kimchee Fries. This was a nice addition to the table, especially when drinking mimosas. The kimchi aioli was not overpowering in fermented kimchi nor overly spicy and added to normal fries. - Ocean Benedict. - Chicken and Waffles The benedict and the chicken and waffles were good. Just beware.. If you're sharing between more than 1 person, cutting and splitting portions would be harder with these dishes We also got the Bottomless Mimosa for 25/person, with orange, guava, mango, and lychee flavor options. Nonetheless, this was my second time returning here for bottomless mimosas. I really like how they put gummy bears at the bottom of the glasses. And at the end, they would have soaked up all the alcohol and tasted even better than a regular gummy bear! Definitely will return!

Food was probably the definition of "mid" honestly. It's not good but it's not the worst thing. What makes it a 2 is they just don't care lol. Girls screaming drunk and puking outside. Crazy brunch place if you want a show though

I've come here for dinner but their brunch definitely supersedes the dinner menu. We ordered the avocado bene which was fresh, the factory bene was scrumptious and the mascarpone pancakes are to die for, -literally bc I am pre-diabetic lol! Soft, fluffy clouds topped with ribbons of sweet creamy caramel, nutty walnuts for a bit of crunch and slices of slightly fired bananas. So yeah it was heaven! -no pun intended bc I don't want to die from diabetes! lol

It's a Sunday afternoon and we had no wait. Menu covers breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The service was quick, we got our order within 10 minutes of ordering and the proportion's were good. The food tasted amazing. I ordered the waffle sandwich which I enjoyed. The chicken wasn't burning hot where you couldn't eat it, it comes with one over easy egg (wish it came with two). I substituted for the breakfast potato's (they were okay). We also ordered the chicken crisp, which came as sliced chicken katsu on a bed of fries covered in a wasabi mayo type aoli, which was very flavorful, clears your sinuses for sure. Ordered mango juice as a drink which you can tell was very fresh. The vibe/ambiance is decent. Not too loud not too quiet, small but not too small, and lighting is good. Variety of breakfast options. Worth a try.

Great spot! No line around attempted noon on a Saturday! Service was great and attentive. The food was good but not the best Benedict I've ever had. Overall a solid choice!

The crab in the benedict was canned and gross, the eggs were overcooked, the champagne was flat and came with gummy bears :/ The chicken and waffles were fine, service mediocre, but when the waitress asks “Is the food alright?” it’s not a great sign. I came hungry and left hungry.

Expectations were not quite met, I think. Decent brunch but in comparison to what’s available in the city, I might choose a different brunch spot. Not the worst, but also not the best.

I found myself around Valencia late Sunday morning, so of course, I had to do brunch at RAW Sugar Factory. Chicken and Waffles were perfect and balanced for brunch since it comes with fruit. If you like matcha, you've got an option to have it added atop the waffle. It's definitely a must have.

RAW is such a great American brunch and Thai restaurant! They have such a great selection of food, drink (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic). I got to be honest. the French Toast is great, but the Thai food is even better! Hands down some of the best in the area. After all that the second runner up has to be the bottomless mimosas. Just don't throw up!Vegetarian options: All of the thai food can be done as vegetarian.Parking: First come first serve on the street. It's mission so you know it's going to be a bit difficult.Kid-friendliness: You can bring the kids here! The food options fo rthe children are pretty good.Wheelchair accessibility: This is a wheelchair friendly location. The entrance is a nice ramped slope, and gives enough room to navigate.

The chorizo Benedict was amazing, but the soufflé pancakes become overwhelming too quickly. Apart from the vanilla curd sauce on top there isn’t any flavor in the pancakes itself. The staff is friendly and the service was pretty fast.

I was in the area waiting for my car to get serviced so came here for brunch. We ordered the pulled pork Benedict and chicken and waffles. The chicken was definitely over cooked and I would've removed 1 star if it wasn't for their impeccable service. They were so nice, kind and attentive. It was amazing! I would definitely come back, especially since they have bottomless mimosas for $25!

The food was good. Not all our meals came out at the same time. Hashbrown were cold and way too crispy. I will go back.

Over last few years, this has become our go to place to get Thai food. Prices are good, staff is very friendly, service is amazing, ambiance is good. Checks all the boxes for us. We have tried almost everything on the Thai menu, our favorite is garlic noodles. It might be little strong for folks who normally don't eat garlic though. Highly recommend their Thai food.
