The food here is just mediocre. I wouldn't eat it again. There are much better places to have sushi. The roll with eel had such a little eel you couldn't even taste it. The sign said outfront said one dollar sake with the $50 order they still charged for two of them . and ordering on their iPad is pretty confusing.

Sushi tasted delicious! The ramen was pretty good as well(loved egg). Udon is a bit on the salty side but noodles were a pretty nice consistency. The chicken katsu goes great with the tartar sauce.

Rocket Sushi is super fun, the fish is fresh, and I had a wonderful time! You order on a tablet and a model rocket will LAUNCH your food to your table! My favorite you must get is the Blue Fin Toro because the marbling so so beautiful and it tastes rich and salty! Get the Black Angel roll too as it is topped with caviar! You will NOT leave Rocket sushi hungry as the rice and fish ratio is massive compared to other sushi places! Overall, Rocket sushi serves fresh high quality fish that is enjoyable and tasty!

SUSHI SERVED ON ROCKET SHIPS in SF!!! I've never been to a restaurant that serves SUSHI ON ROCKET SHIPS. Rocket Sushi in SOMA is one of my newest go-to spots for sushi in SF. Don't be fooled by the conveyor belt, this is NOT your traditional conveyor belt sushi where you grab sushi that has been sitting out on a revolving belt. At Rocket Sushi, you order through a tablet at your table and each order is made fresh in the kitchen, then sent out directly to your table by a rocket ship. These are by far the largest slices of fish l've had in all of San Francisco, and really fresh too! They have a wide variety of dishes (special rolls, salmon belly, fatty tuna, uni, udon, and curry), and everything is at a super reasonable price, much lower than the average sushi spot in SF. The staff here is super friendly. Kitty and her team are incredible and hard working people who have been resilient through COVID times. This is definitely the place to come to support and eat great food served by great people. I'll definitely be coming back here.

its pretty good in portion, their nigiri is really good and good size for their fish portion, their baked or fried tuna rolls was delicious, their salad is good..i had their lunch bento they gave me two portions of the salmon which was pretty good ... its a clean place ..dont be picky about the price because its its good here ... i tried all their nigiri and the size of the fish is good.

This place is great. I don't even know why they have servers. We'll I understand why they have them. Anyway, service was helpful and on top of it. You order off a tablet at the table and your food arrives on a rocket train to your table. It was way cool. Recommend going just to watch that. They also had vegan rolls and other options for vegan.I ordered the Candle Stick roll and an amazing Golden Spicy Tuna roll.

We took our out of town friends here to experience the fun rocket delivery service. You order your food from a tablet at your table and it gets delivered on rocket ships on tracks. The kids definitely got a kick out of it. The sushi and appetizers were good but fairly standard. We had ordered an assortment of sushi rolls, some combo platters, appetizers and chicken katsu dons. The restaurant wasn't too busy when we went. We did have a relatively large group though so it made the seating slightly awkward since we wanted to sit together instead of splitting up. But our host did his best to accommodate us and brought an extra table and chairs for us.

What a wonderful sushi spot in the city.. I was spontaneous on yelp and I found this spot , I gave it a chance - I was blown away by Nigiri!! the freshness of the salmon was amazing I will give it five stars and I will be back :)
