My favorite place to go for casual sushi! The rolls are always delicious and the experience of the sushi coming out on a rocket is so cute. The staff are always diligent in keeping your drinks full and the table clear of extra dishes. I will say, to either sit on the left side or further back in the restaurant as the front door has problems closing and can be quite chilly when left open. I’ve gotten both dine in and take out from here and have always been pleased with my experience.
Came to visit San Francisco for a weekend with the kids and wanted to visit a family friendly atmosphere for sushi.First off, the restaurant has good space for bigger groups of 5-6 people. Loved the rocket delivery; was fun for the kids ?.The restaurant was VERY kid friendly. Our 2 year old had a melt down because she wanted to touch the rockets but we didn't let her. First time at Rocket Sushi.I had the Tonkatsu Curry at my friend's recommendation and it was delicious.My friend ordered the udon and ate every bit.Service was good. We dined on a Monday so the atmosphere was pretty mellow and everyone seemed to be having a good time.Would definitely go back.
