The bathrooms were clean. Not sure about parking, we walked to the cafe. Not too many seating options, but it is one of the fancier Starbucks. Bought a latte to go.

This is not a Starbucks Reserve. Wrong information. It used to be before COVID. Three years and google has not updated and Starbucks does not want to take any responsibility in the mistaken advertise. It is just like any other Starbucks. No difference at all. Embarrassing!!!

So my wife went in for 2 venti coffees. Simple request right? Wrong. When we got home we had two half empty coffees. When I called to complain I was told that 10 oz of cup was left for cream as if anyone on Earth wanted a half cup of cream with their coffee. Heres your wakeup call NO ONE WANTS THAT MUCH CREAM. We wont be back and this isnt the first time we have been chased away from this Starbucks. We will take our $28 a day 7 days a week elsewhere.

Starbucks reserve? What a joke. This is the equivalent of a Walmart reserve. They may pour the coffee into a fancier cup, but it's still just low quality Starbucks trash beans. No matter what cup they use it still tastes like it has been filtered through a diaper. Worst part about this location are all the Marina bros. Tech bros flock to this location to get hyped up on caffeine before hitting the gym. One of the worst Starbucks locations I've ever been to.

The barista was dismissive and very very rude. There is no place for people with that type of attitude and hospitality. I do want to shine a light on the cashier as she was very helpful and a sweetheart.

Fast service, hot coffee, pleasant staff. I recommend it as an excellent option for a quick and tasty breakfast ? P.S. There were few tables in the hall and it was hot in the coffee shop.
This is my favorite Starbucks!Anne and her team are so genuinely warm and friendly! It's always such a positive atmosphere, the whole team is always smiling and working hard! My order is done quickly and correctly every time. I work in the neighborhood so I come here five days a week, even though they serve so many people every day they always remember me and greet me with a smile no matter how busy it is. There is a few coffee shops on this stretch of Chestnut, but Starbucks is the best! They truly go above and beyond!Thank you Anne for running the best Starbucks in San Francisco! You rock!

This place had good service and drinks, but there is nowhere to sit. It looks like a bus station. It’s a small store to begin with, and lots of space is kind of roped off. Very unwelcoming and uncomfortable.

This place is really not up to Starbucks standards. The whole place was just dirty and not well maintained. The barista seemed very annoyed that we had come in. The store was open for another 30 minutes, however they kept shooting us looks to let us know it was time to go. My drink was ok, but I'd try to find a different Starbucks next time.
