I love subway but dislike the service from this location. Very rude - unfriendly, my subway sandwich came with a side of rudeness I did not ask for.
My brother and I visited this Subway yesterday where he bought himself a Chicken Club Foot Long Sandwich for lunch. This place was very clean and my brother really enjoyed his sandwich. This is the only fast food place in this fairly quiet area of Alemany Boulevard and there is also lots of parking in the parking lot.

We come to this Subway at least once a week and yes we use coupons, but we tip as much as we save or more because we have had good service. Unfortunately the last couple of times was not up to par, different people. Today was the worst this young guy was rude, didn’t want to follow our requests, was not making the sandwiches the way subway tells them to. Like the cheese, not flipping them to cover more area, the way you even see in commercials it’s a subway thing. It’s sad because it’s the one closest to us that had given us good service. Ruined our meal. Would have given 0 stars if I could.

My favorite is the chicken bacon ranch, double bacon, American cheese, toasted on white bread, tomatoes, red onions, light jalapeños, light mayo and ranch has got to be the best sandwich I've eaten anywhere else. They need to work on thier soda machine though, it always taste flat.

They need to hire more Americans because this place doesn't offer the traditional American hospitality, adding more black or white staff should make the place feel more welcoming and friendly. The people there now are not very welcoming or hospitable.

Couldn't try the food since the location was almost impossible to find. The service was quick or at least the food was ready to be picked up fast (even though I never got the items) this is not a family friendly environment.. please don't order from here if you want an easy experience
