Jajjangmyun ( black bean noodle) is every Korean ‘s soul food that brings out such a nostalgic memories of childhood , especially if you grew up in 80 or 90s in Korea. My parents would take me to Korean Chinese restaurant on special days like birthdays or graduation day.
